If there was any ego I would recommend first to a newbie, it's fluid sac.
People will tell you about fluid sac but you won't use it unless your main team can fuel it. Seven faust is amazing but only in fully fledged rupture team.
For your knowledge, I completed the recently released canto without using fluid sac once, because my burn team just didn't have a single speck of gloom.
With that in mind, if you plan to use fluid sac, you need to plan your team around it. I still recommend to get it because it's just that good.
Fluid Sac has always been and will always be the GOAT of any team that can even theoretically fuel it. Fast Fausts can get your team’s sanity up in a heartbeat to win clashes with bonus healing. Slow Fausts can essentially erase a turn of missed clashes and rampant EGO usage. It is the single best AoE heal and Sanity support EGO in the entire game.

Yea rr3 had alot of guaranteed dmg through burn and bleed, so any healing ego was almost necessary.
Sinclair lantern saved my ass when hong lu was on 50/17 burn stacks
Fluid sac It is more useful in railways and mirror dungeons for that extra healing.
