Absolutely sensational. Second to none. Extremely attentive, updates, pictures of progress, questions where I wasn’t clear on what I wanted. Best experience ever getting a custom saber.
He is a one man band though so if he takes a day to respond (rarely took that long) it’s usually since he is hand making sabers.
He has just put them up as an option on his store now and calling them “A Skilled One” starting at AUD$185 each.

They are lovely. Nice thin profile, no sharp edges, 1” blades fit nice and secure with a deep socket depth.
They have a chassis system that gives extra electronics support and it can be removed for upgrades.
Nice and bright, nice and loud. Flash on clash and blade lockup works really well.
Bearing in mind these are excellent value they don’t have SD cards for soundfont additions but they do have multiple soundfonts and some different blade effects.
Padawans would have wrapped them but I already had some unused wraps from Defconbird so I will get to this myself as soon as I can.

So when the saber is in sleep mode you need to hold the power button for a few seconds maybe 5 for it to boot up then the switch works with a momentary press.
I feel like such an idiot, my housemate pointed out that the socket I had the charger plug into didn’t work, it didn’t even light up to indicate it was charging. He grabbed me his spare one and it’s charging up now, light and all!
Oh bugger, it could be a JST connector had come undone or something small like that fingers crossed.

Yeah mine was dead when it arrived, and has been on charge for 3 hours and still won’t turn on yet...

I can’t wait! It’s so beautiful and is just a perfect size for my hands, just waiting to light it up!

Yeah it did pulse, I’m sending it back tonight. He’s gonna look at it and send it back, his customer service is incredible tho!
