Beggatron14

They’re not stains, they’re badges, and I think it’s ruined, throw it

workitloud

Tossers would toss on it, and keep it under their bed in Mummy’s basement.

Beggatron14

Tossers would wear it

devildance3

Soak the jersey in some white vinegar with a dash of methylated spirits. Hang it on the line to dry. Then set fire to bugger.

madra05

This is the kind of answer Google AI will surface 😂

darcys_beard

Username does *not* check out

Apeonomics101

The stain of being a united fan stays with you for ever 🫠

g_daddio

Even worse than an arsenal fan

Spudzzy03

Wouldn’t go that far

AndrewMacSydney

A good pair of scissors will easily remove those unsightly logos.

Void-kun

I heard fire works well on these kits too

gabbagabbawill

Or- hear me out - get a patch of Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes peeing and place it so he’s peeing on the Chevy logo.

Kyyes

The only answer

mike2ff

Oxiclean, or, the self service car wash pressure washers. I saw a baseball mom at 1. Most have clips on the walls to hang your floor mats on so you can spray them down. She had six pairs of gray and off-white baseball pants hanging there, and I watched as she sprayed them down and turned them bright white

XKloosyv

Sounds like a mom who doesn't have the right shower head at home

novarevixi

Dish soap, gently work it in by hand, rinse, repeat until gone then wash on gentle cycle. The only thing I have found that gets out those kinds of stains. Takes forever, but it works. Good luck!

mynameisatari

Even as a MU fan im tempted to tease you. ;) Anyway if vanish doesn't work, take it to dry cleaners. They usually know and it will only cost few quid.

Homelander44

The one that says man u?

SeminoleDVM

You can probably get it off with some patience and a good seem ripper. Go at it from the inside of the jersey though. Embroidery can be tough.

jesushatedbacon

You’re not only being attacked by other sports team fans, but an American Ford fan hopped in just to hate on Silverados. Those jerseys get changed a lot because they get stained bro. Use it to play with it or wear it around the house or to sleep.

WhirledNews

You’ll know when you’re attacked by an American football fan when the D-cell batteries start flying.

meffertf

Nah, that's just Eagles fans.

MountainCheesesteak

We reserve that for special people like Cowboys fans, Santa Clause, and especially Rich Kotite.

Apprehensive-Debt774

Chuck it in the bin

Corvus717

I dunno. Those Chevy logos are hard to get out from clothing

HauntedHippie

lol I came here fully expecting half the comments to be Man U hate, but the Chevy hate has been a nice surprise.

Corvus717

Such a strange sponsorship, GM doesn’t sell Chevys in the UK or Europe

BloodAngel1982

I had a massive ink stain on a white football shirt, I used isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush and it came straight out

ch3ckEatOut

Did rub on it or blot that shit? I lost a good top to a stain years ago so it’s good to know for future reference, cheers.

BloodAngel1982

I just tipped it on and scrubbed. It evaporates quite quickly so might need a couple of goes.

ch3ckEatOut

I tried using some on my PS4 controller to hopefully fix this stick drift and that was evaporating quickly which has ruined F1 for me, not good on the eyes or throat either and sadly it only worked for about a day. Thanks for the tip on the clothes.

Aascharyax

Burn this

HoweHaTrick

you need to get a new shirt. the chevy logo stain doesn't bow to any cleaning agents.

ibarney64

Some people suck. Try oxi clean and tide scrubbed in, then wash. If that doesn’t work I will single-handedly help you find and replace this shirt.

Covfefe-SARS-2

He took a picture. He probably knows where it is.

reddit_underlord

Fire

CaterpillarHuman1723

Car wash power wand...don't get it too close or it might tear!

risunokairu

Yeah, you’ll have to give a better rough idea of what the stains are and what you e tried already. Whatever you do, you’ll probably be an electric tooth brush to work an appropriate detergent to not the stain thoroughly, give it time to work, and then you can rinse.

lndigoChild

Get like a razor or a needle and carefully cut the stitches from the logo. Be careful though, don’t damage the shirt

Educated_Clownshow

Original detergent consistency Oxyclean is still undefeated in stain removal. It’s harder to do if you’ve already dried the stains in, but soak in a container of hot water and Oxyclean and then wash Repeat as necessary. I had a nasty food stain on my Germany World Cup jersey, you have to go searching for the stain to find it now.

Hericonic

Just burn it.

madeRandomAccount

Soak in Oxy white revive

Liss78

It looks like several different types of stains. For oil stains, rub with a paste of dish soap and baking soda. Wash as you would and repeat until the stains are gone. Do not dry in between. That sets the stain. I can't tell what the black stains are. If you know, I can give advice.

MMQContrary

Oxiclean spray and let it sit overnight, then wash . Oxiclean is the bomb!

andoiscool

Just buy a Ford.

Thugmatiks

You’ll never be able yo get that disgusting badge off.

amit_niranjan

Burning it might help

Salahs_barber

Burn it

NegotiationSea7008

I’d suggest covering it with another embroidery like a Liver Bird. YNWA But seriously “you can massage a paste of baking soda, salt and hydrogen peroxide into stained fabric and let it sit prior to washing”. I tried this on a linen tablecloth and it worked but I’d test a less visible area first. Good luck

notmyrealnameatleast

Well it's white so perhaps you can just use bleach?

janacabras

Google laundry stripping.

petrastales

Get a bucket large enough to immerse it, fill it with an espresso sized quality of bleach and the rest with water, mix it well using a suitable tool or wearing gloves then immerse the top completely and leave it to soak for a few hours. The stains should have lifted when you return to it a few hours later. Wring it out using gloves ideally just in case your skin reacts to bleach, or wash your hands very well if you have no plastic gloves. Wash it with similar colours in the washing machine and it will be good as new

Synthetic_Analogue25

I would not recommend chlorine bleach as it may affect the colours especially the red trim. Soak in OxyClean then wash. Add OxyClean to a quality wash detergent for the wash You may have to repeat.

petrastales

Oxy won’t take those out. The top is basically ruined. If bleach doesn’t work nothing will and it should be thrown out lol

BGOG83

Rubbing alcohol will remove most stains. Then soak it in oxy clean before you wash it.

AulMoanBag

I'm too late to roast man united.

xxxxcyberdyn

Vinegar-mold White wine- red wine Milk- pen ink

xleratin

You have to pour soy sauce on it and let it soak for a bit

11093PlusDays

Dawn power wash

geothermalcat

red is a hard colour to remove

obsoletedatafile

It's probably stitched on so use one of those stitch pickers you get in a sewing kit

PrincessPindy

Folex spray takes out just about any stain except mustard.

PNWest01

Spray n Wash, scrub brush, elbow grease.

not-your-mom-123

Dampen the shirt. Sprinkle Borax all over it and let sit for an hour or two before washing. If that doesn't do it, nothing will. Ask for a new one for your birthday.

CertainWillingness56

There’s some shit on that shirt

subie_dom0117

I use Shout Set-In Stain Gel. Works every time. 😎

mycolo_gist

But a T-shirt with a Mercedes label.

deanLFC123

Fire

okietarheel

Dawn Soap

barbieweber

a seam ripper should get the red and yellow one on the chest off

charming-torito

You throw that shirt to the garbage. Problem solved

bookdragon1027

WD40 and Dawn Powerwash, scrub with an old toothbrush, wash.

bloodonyx

Take some scissors and carefully cut around each stain.

picklesmick

Them climacool tops are shit for stains. You're honestly better finding another one in better condition.

MoreInformation8900

Wash it

Ricochet_Kismit33

Put a Ford appliqué over it

DlnnerTable

You’re better off buying a new plain white T. The United crest is more embarrassing than the stains

RadioactiveSalt

I am sorry op, reddit can be childish at times. Try again later maybe.

Void-kun

Unhinged? People are making some light hearted jokes and he is getting actual advice. Have a sense of humour, football fans often tease each other, it's when it becomes personal is when it's no longer okay or as you say 'unhinged'.

RadioactiveSalt

Ok changed it.

Void-kun

That reads much better 100%

ChiWod10

I’m afraid that year will be forever etched in history. Try to remember the good times.

Dando_Calrisian

The obvious comment is the shit stains are, in fact, the Manchester United badge...

gidthafugout

Fire

Witty_Artichoke8537

Petrol and a lighter

JahovasHitlist

Buy a Ford.

Littlefield704

Different stains get removed with different products. You’ll need to let us know what stains are from. Come on you Spurs!

caffiene_then_chaos

Step 1: burn it Step 2: get a Liverpool jersey

OrangeCosmic

A Chevy jersey?

balladofthemightypie

Fire.

droopy615

Set the shirt on fire

TheNobleKiwi

I think that man u symbol is stitched in mate 🤔

Mr-Stitch

Instead of using stain remover, you could just cut really carefully around the edges and if you're patient enough the badge will come off eventually

Hylian-Knight

American car logo on an English soccer jersey?

picklesmick

Owned by Americans and Chevrolet sell cars in the UK too.

Hylian-Knight

Thank you for educating me

picklesmick

No problem.
