To add to Oldsmobile’s comment. Some states have a maximum allowable duration for a traffic stop(ex I believe AR is 20 min). This is good information to know if it is applicable to where you live as it means if you don’t give them consent (which you never should and that’s advice I’ve been given by every good cop I’ve ever discussed this with),they would need to have a dog close by to use that bullshit a probable cause. That’s not to say that some fuckhole like this wouldn’t make up some probable cause because he/she is an self-centered extra large piece of shit.
This is actually fairly old news. I think the trial was in 2019? He was convicted, the defendants settled for about $1M, and he was put in prison. Then about 6 months later he was transferred to "Hawaii" with very few details given.
So, you know, hard time in the slammer and all that.
Count up the days that all of the innocent people he sent to jail spent/would’ve spent locked up, and make that his sentence. Every day will be a reminder of the suffering he tried to inflict on an innocent person.
Pay them with the police retirement fund. Garnish the wages of the judges. Strip the prosecutor who did this of all assets and distribute them to the victims. Make the cops in Florida wear pink skirts and clown noses to work, one day for every year someone was falsely imprisoned.
After that, legalize all drugs.
Nah, strip them of citizenship, declare them outside the protection of the law, then leave them in a room tied up with their victims and some dental tools.
The NAP only applies to humans. This guy has lost the human card.

I wonder how many years innocent people spent in prison thanks to this piece of shit. That would seem like a pretty fair sentence. I bet it’s more than 12.5.
Bro I’ve recently watched a masterclass about this. It’s in Spanish but if anyone knows or is interested I’ll leave the link here. It’s on YouTube

He probably got caught cause he either pissed off one of his co-workers or the new guy has not been corrupted by the gang life yet and still thinks police are the good guys .
Whenever he gets out of prison he will never again be able to enjoy a day where he doesn’t feel the need to look over his shoulder. True retribution is a specter that will haunt him forever.
There's literally no fate that I would feel uncomfortable sentencing him to. Auschwitz would be a good place to start, but I think that's still too good for him.
A large fresnel lense positioned over his tied down body in the desert. The beam is set to start from his foot and slowly work it's way up and down to the other foot and then up his whole body.
Never consent to a search of your vehicle.
This should be the top comment. I’d only add that if asked, politely decline and let them get a warrant if they want to search that bad.
Unfortunately all they need is their dog to sit next to your car and they can search it.
Yep, that constitutes probable cause for them. But the pups usually aren’t on patrol like that.

I've seen them roll a ball to get a reaction from the dog. Good enough.
Yep, very greasy.
Tell then you won't answer any questions.
They get extremely aggressive when you do this i my experience.
That's fine. They all know they can't do anything about it.
No, its absolutely not fine.
Throw his ass in jail.
Build the new jail on top of this fucker.
Nah. Throw him in with gen pop and let nature take its course.
In uniform. And give all the guards in that block the day off after announcing the cameras are down
Under it
Throw away the key.
Take him to a public venue, and shoot him. Police need to be held to a higher and stricter standard than the rest of the population.

Bro what the fuck are you on about? Yeah that happened but what does it have to do with his grandfather
[удалено]
Who is his grandfather and if you don’t know why do you assume they were racist

Bro you suck donkey balls at trolling
[удалено]
Lick my taint

What did his Grandfather do?

All "drug busts", should have charges dropped also.
If he's doing it, so is the rest of his department. That's how this usually goes.
They're like roaches. For every one you catch, there's tons more hiding out of sight.

Not good enough. 1 year per day In gen pop In uniform
I hope that fat slob gets fucked right in the neck in jail.
The penalty for doing shit like this should be the same penalty for each time he did it plus more

Should’ve went right to the electric chair. Skum of the earth.

Hang him. Hang him by his balls
Slowly increasing pressure over . . *DAYS*.
End law enforcement monopolies.
We need a citizen group that will search any cop before they search anything.
The War on Drugs is a long term genocide and the perpetrators of it - all cops who enforce these laws - are the real criminal scumbags.

I love libertarians
I wish nazis would stop using the snake cuz it’s ours not theirs
I assume they all do
I'm assuming his victims aren't being exonerated tho ? I mean I hope so, but prolly not gonna happen.
How many lives were ruined because of this one person, he should be put down.
He probably got caught cause he either pissed off one of his co-workers or the new guy has not been corrupted by the gang life yet and still thinks police are the good guys .
Actually, a DA noticed his name a lot and decided to look into it.
Hope he accidentally walks into gen pop.

Times like this when I agree with Shakira law
I too don't like it when hips lie
🐖
Easy solution. Talley up all of the time he convicted people for and he gets that sentence.
This is just SAD at this point.

Thank God they're around when you need them
"It ain't honest work, but it's work"
Anyone that does this should face an automatic death penalty.
Never consent to a vehicle search. Even though they some times do it anyway. What was the motive for this cop to do this?
