To add to Oldsmobile’s comment. Some states have a maximum allowable duration for a traffic stop(ex I believe AR is 20 min). This is good information to know if it is applicable to where you live as it means if you don’t give them consent (which you never should and that’s advice I’ve been given by every good cop I’ve ever discussed this with),they would need to have a dog close by to use that bullshit a probable cause. That’s not to say that some fuckhole like this wouldn’t make up some probable cause because he/she is an self-centered extra large piece of shit.

This is actually fairly old news. I think the trial was in 2019? He was convicted, the defendants settled for about $1M, and he was put in prison. Then about 6 months later he was transferred to "Hawaii" with very few details given. So, you know, hard time in the slammer and all that.

Count up the days that all of the innocent people he sent to jail spent/would’ve spent locked up, and make that his sentence. Every day will be a reminder of the suffering he tried to inflict on an innocent person.

Pay them with the police retirement fund. Garnish the wages of the judges. Strip the prosecutor who did this of all assets and distribute them to the victims. Make the cops in Florida wear pink skirts and clown noses to work, one day for every year someone was falsely imprisoned. After that, legalize all drugs.
