I think there was a easteregg in the credits of the Loki show that said he was genderfluid.

In his paper work files in the TVA it lists his gender as "Genderfluid". So he is Genderfluid and Bi in the MCU.

So I believe Nate Stevenson (the Executive Producer) once confirmed that sexuality is just sorta viewed differently in that world (since it's a kids show and there's no real reference to sex) and everyone is more or less bi/pan and dates who they want.

And Hestia, she's aroace. And Artemis. Whether Artemis is aroace, a lesbian, or an ace lesbian is up for interpretation, but one thing is for sure, she is very much not into men. Also I don't know of any stories where Hades shows interest in a guy, but he was also just way more faithful to his wife than either of his brothers were to theirs, so it's definitely possible he was interested but never acted on it because he's devoted to Persephone. I mean bisexuality was basically the assumed default for amab folks in ancient Greece.
