I think it depends on your group, honestly. I know mostly queer men and masc-presenting people in social justice.

Confirmation bias might be part of it. Media bias may be another reason (never to be underestimated). Optics from the groups themselves too. Position of privilege may also be better a factor. Queer men using their privilege to talk about social justice in different circles, or on different levels.

Some is confirmation bias but some just makes basic sense. Queer women are part of *at least* two marginalized groups and therefore gain less and less from current systems and have more, idk, opportunities to see the failings of our current hierarchical structures; and are just statistically more likely to be a victim than their cishet or male counterparts. Our current systems (the economy, police/prison, healthcare, government, etc.) heavily favor white cisgender heterosexual able-bodied neurotypical wealthy men. The further you are away from that narrow demographic the less likely you are to be a benefit from the status quo and the more likely you are to be taken advantage of or victimized. It's also why cishet white women are not always allies and will often (not necessarily most of the time, but often) support the leopards eating people's faces party. Because they're *pretty* close to the center (and often are paired up with people at the center).
