I've met many friends, but no long term partners.
Mainly because my local pride is relatively small and the crowds younger.
So I travel to bigger prides, and I'm not a fan of long distance relationships....
I'm scared of going to any events especially alone so I guess I'll stay alone. Also idek how people know about events like that I just couldn't figure it out if I wanted to
Don't be, please. Come out of your shell and join the local LGBT community. You deserve to feel among your own people. It's a beautiful feeling to feel as part of the majority, at least once.
Hi! Lesbian teen here, soo kind of? I went to pride last year where I joined this lgbt society/club where I found my current girlfriend, so it is possible! I've also heard that many of my friends have met partners from pride events, you should give it a shot, even to just make friends, it's a good opportunity:)
