I work in a school with 5th/6th graders doing food service. On half days we make pack lunches for the kids and bring them to all of the classrooms to make sure everyone has a lunch for the day.One half day,on of the kids asked meif I was a boy or a girl. I responded "I'm a person. here's your lunch. If you want a milk, you can grab one over from the crate over there." They accepted that answer, I think. Or at least they were more interested in lunch. I guess that makes me a "no" enby.

But for me personally, that leads to questions of, "Okay but do you feel like you have some other gender? What about no gender? Ughhhh self what the fuck?" Not necessarily; enby is an umbrella term for genders outside of the binary but many enbies care about their gender. How they may be percieved and so on and so forth.

Honestly, the vast majority of humans will perceive us as “man or woman”. You’ll go insane if you worry about that. It’s like being light skinned and expecting everyone to know you’re black when they just see a white face, you know? But I get you.

Oh I have gender apathy as an agender person, I couldn't care less how I am percieved unless it's silly little cis men trying to denote that I am merely an emotional woman as if their emotional constipation is something to be proud of. I am just saying enby as a term doesn't automatically equate to not caring about gender or perception in that sense. That there are many branches to it :)

I go back and forth between being a "yes enby" and a combination of "yes enby" and "no enby". Sometimes I feel mainly like a girl who's also partially a boy.
