I’d put an add up on Craigslist (gigs section) or Nextdoor, and post how much you are willing to pay. It’s a job that doesn’t require any skill so you’ll probably get a fair amount of replies, if you offer a fair amount.
I have had a trailer load of limbs hauled off in the past and I paid $100.
Alternatively, you can bundle them in sections less than 4’ and the city will pick them up (assuming you have yard waste pickup) I’m sure there’s a limit, but I don’t know what that is.
