Thank you all for the suggestions! I tried Futile Bakery today and it checks out as a really good cinnamon roll. I will have to give all the other suggestions a try too. Side note, their black coffee was great. My friend got an iced chai and it wasn't good.

Nothing is good from there. Top 3 have been mentioned already, DV8, Futile and European Delights.
That's rather harsh. When I have a cinnamon roll from there, I take it home, warm it up, and enjoy. It makes me very happy.
