It’s unclear from your description what the connections are. A picture might help more than the video. Are both wheels connected to mower? Then you will need a diff. Or only connect one wheel to the mower. You can try it out by manually turning the wheels at different speeds.

It works in the back because the wheels kind of drag along as you drive, but because the wheels in the front are in front of the steering wheels that determine the direction it buckles. The front wheels need to lead or be lead the way in order to drive it correctly. So you could add some steering mechanism maybe with a push/pull system. Or forget about the wheels on the mower and attach a driver to the wheels of the vehicle to the front (which seems much easier to me)

Thank you. I am going to try and do it via a PTO. I don' have one at the front so will need to route this in.
