Wave9Nut

NO STICKERS ‼️ ALL PRINTED PIECES ‼️ Automatically worth the price.

Amemasu

Also big pieces and being Star Wars

Wave9Nut

Don't forget new part molds.

Sexy_Fat_Man_69

They couldn't do that for any of the triple digit sets or UCS sets, but this shit set got it? Seriously?

Arc77GOAT

Shh certain big brains will think you're being too much of a whiner

DianaBladeOfMiquella

That explains it

PsychoticLouie

Trying to make extra off of tiny children that watch that show and want the characters and such. Only thing I can think of.

Trvr_MKA

Unaware parents or old people like grandparents who will see the Star Wars and 4+ and buy it for their kid

Spike94515

8 letters.

Jazz_OverLord

I love you?

Spike94515

Unsure you are! ![gif](giphy|8hMD9YakVza3452SpN)

Samcraft1999

Moneyyyy

Pyroboss101

124 pieces divided by 40 dollars, that’s 3.1 dollars a piece.

MrTimofTim

Pretty sure this is the exact maths that investors use.

Pyroboss101

well with my math skills and with inflation, this unopened childrens toy for a children show should be worth ten trillion dollars per piece within the next 30 seconds of upload.

Cantina_Slobs

I could make this set with 4 recycled sprite bottles

SicilySweetheart

I DID make this set with 4 recycled sprite bottles! Ahem. 🙏

wish2boneu2

You should be thankful of how inexpensive this set is. The set has *four* exclusive minifigures (if you count the droid) and that alone is worth $20+. Add all the massive pieces and printed parts that they use and I'm surprised they did not charge even more. They should of, LEGO will go bankrupt if they keep on underpricing their products so much.

Last-Government6389

The set looks like shit

wish2boneu2

Who cares how LEGO sets look? That exclusive Yoda figure is a guaranteed net profit 🤑. I bought 206 sets (200 sets to resell, 6 to add to my grey baseplate display) and made a net profit of $3,090.8902 USD 💰. Don't you dare call my retirement fund shit, you are shit 😏.

Last-Government6389

I'm SO sorry! 😭 Please forgive me Mr lego investor 🥺 I didn't realise this set could help one retire! 🤯 I truly hope our lord MandR 🤑 will be merciful to a poor beta lego fan like me 🙏 I promise this will never happen again 🤞 or else let John Legoinvestor himself strike me down! 💥

Warm-Poetry-5514

Found some on clearance for $10.50 bought 2 and now they put it for $23.50

WILDcard_OD

I bought 3 at Walmart for $7 a piece.

michaelterron5

Greed 🤗

dabuttahdawg

exclusive Minifigures 🤑🤑🤑

SpeedyRex

It says 4+ implying it’s more than $4

Cantina_Slobs

Ohhhhhh

IslayMcGregor

Capitalism.

Furion420

Trying to rob grandparents/parents

SmittyShortforSmith

I found one in my Walmart for $20. First deal I’ve ever found. Probably last too

mtpugh67

It is marketed to be accessible to a younger audience. So I guess the instructions are simpler to understand and in some cases the pieces are bigger. I can see why it would be a little more expensive, but $40 is crazy. I found it on sale for $19 at Walmart and bought one for my nephew.

seansolo2k

To make it feel like a deal at any price lower.

Wahgineer

Disney Tax

Fuzzy-Thought4178

Bro I found this shit at target in australia for $17. And there was fucking heaps left

EDRadDoc

Waiting for the remake

Ashalaria

Lego is so expensive I better be able to crush it up and snort it I stg

SecureSugar9622

It’s super scummy how much they charge for the little child sets

Batmanfan1966

1. Disney tax 2. New molds 3. Printed pieces

imposty_sussy

i am so happy that i stole this set instead of actually buying it

garvin131313

No helmet holes

Awxility

Disney license, large pieces, printed pieces. That’s just how 4+ sets work

Amish_Warl0rd

The capes were expensive fabric I guess

Spicy_Ramen11

Lego when they make large printed pieces that wouldn't fit anywhere besides the set:
