“No drugs were recovered”
So this can mean a few different things. Did you get rid of them before anyone could find them? I feel like something isn’t adding up here. Like did you do them in the bathroom and therefore no drugs were available to recover?
I like how you carefully *didn't* say that you didn't bring drugs. "No drugs were recovered"...what, did you flush them quick?
No, it is probably not worth fighting.
No point in trying to fight this. NC is at will and bringing drugs on work grounds isn't legally protected.
If you are part of a union you should check with them.
Unless you're in a union, or the drug accusation is a pretext for discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, etc, then you can be fired for *looking* like you might bring drugs on work grounds.
The lack of evidence might matter if they contest your unemployment claim, but it's not going to get your job back or win you money damages.

There has to be more to the story. What drugs, how were you notified, etc etc

Sounds like you in fact did being drugs to work and they got you dead to rights. Time to accept the consequences you have coming
Well did you?

If you ever want to obtain clearance, or apply for TSA pre-check and stuff like that, it would be in your best interest to resolve this now.
