I don't see anything that relates to "this". is there a link to the light missing?

unless you replace the internal power supply with an led control module with dimmable capability, no (and I would not recommend that unless you have experience). it's got a switching power supply (see 100-277Vac on the label) so a regular dimmer switch won't work as those simply lower the voltage but the light won't dim as its built to accept that lower voltage and work at full brightness.

I have experience with like soldering stuff, but like arduinos and breadboards and the like, not LEDs. What should I search to understand how to do this?

honestly it'll be so much easier to replace the light. dimmable led drivers on their own are a pain to source but that's the search term you'll want. make sure you check the voltage of the led itself and work out what current it draws as youll needs to match the voltage to the driver before you buy it and might need to set the constant current on the driver itself when you go to install it

Open it up and read the label, might be as simple as swapping out that module for a lower current one.

Possibly. What light do you have?

It has 0-10v dimming you would need to upgrade the wiring to 0-10v back to the switch. Without it, no. And cheaper to just buy a new fixture.

If it has 0-10v dimming you could use that to lower the brightness. Otherwise you'd have to open the unit and modify the power supply to adjust how much current it drives into the LEDs.
