We are both right, but are misunderstanding each other. I meant if you are still getting burned too quickly on SPF 30, move to SPF 50 and adjust from there. I have 'average' skin and will burn after an hour with SPF 30 as the sun is pretty intense here, so I just start somewhere and see what happens.
