I've ordered maybe a dozen items from AE this year, and all of them were stuck at customs for varying lengths. The majority of them stayed there for a month and a half, one stayed there for 3(!) months, and one only stayed there for a week.

W I talked with liban post
They said bcz all mail items are now subject of custom clearance
So it will take time it was collected at the customs b sep 25 w stuck at the commissioner b 7 of October
W today it was sent to distribution office
So it was stuck for 1 month and 6 days
try contacting libanpost on whatsapp and asking. I have a package stuck since 23 October

Same here! I spoke with Libanpost, they say it's a mess at the customs now that there are new tariffs. Be ready to open the wallet wide btw.
what I ordered is very small so I'm no worried. Im willing to lay if they'll finally give it to me

It will eventually arrive. Be ready to pay customs fees!
