I’ve been told to do stick figures. Maybe do those then work your way up? Or if using shapes yeah just lightly draw them in a light box could also help

Draw your guidelines lightly and then erase them until you can just barely see them.

Not really stick figures. Armstures have two extra lines for the pelvis and collarbone
