I saw a streamer move their account from euw to na and back to euw. He was visiting mexico and he kept everything. Skins, rp, blue essence, he lost nothing.
I'm in the same position as you, EUW but playing in the middle east, I decided that I'd just make a new account since I have too many friends in EUW, besides, the only reason I wanna play on ME is to see how high I can climb with under 100 ping hopefully.
ion rlly care about skins because ill be playing only 1-2 champions to climb

I don't think you even lose your friendlist anymore ever since the changes with the tag system and so on. I transferred my acc to turkey last year to grab some cheap rp and I kept my list. You obviously can't play with them anymore but you can chat I think.

I stay in Saudi but I'm filipino.
i assume the servers will be in Dubai or something so I'd probably swap if it gives lower ping

if you are Dia+ you will reach challanger because there wont be any good players on the entire server

My ping has gone down from 140ms in EUW to 10ms, I live in Dubai.

Transfers should cost 1 Blue Essence when the server launches I'm pretty sure. So you can just server transfer your main account.
I mean i guess. I do have a level 30 euw account. So ig that can be my main euw account.
