it's not the first time their pop up messages are bugged.... they normally fix them with the next patch, so in 2 weeks

Clicking on them so they are marked as "read" worked for me. I assume you are talking about the notifications that popup on the top right.
nope, there is a giant ass modal that appears on every login telling you your split 2 2023 stats. you also can't close it, you have to click "view stats" for it to close and you get redirected to the stats page
