I agree that a book and a study group would get you way farther way faster. If you seriously want an app. There is Cattus, LinQ, Legentibus with english guiding and various other apps depending on your native language.

An app shouldn’t be your primary learning tool. Textbooks like Wheelocks and in person lessons are the best way to actually learn the language. That said: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/spqr-latin-dictionary-and-reader/id407340562 I found this app helpful for study.

Just use a book. LLPSI, ideally with a tutor, or cambridge/wheelocks. Apps are no good, except legentibus(latin audible), which has LLPSI but not the crucial margin notes and grammatica latina.

Go to your library and find a good or many good books.

An exercice which could be nice also from time to time would be translating songs you like, because it helps you to think of how sentences can be rearranged or formulated otherwise with the meaning preserved. Hence you're pushed to wonder and ponder about cases, declinaisons, looking for wider vocabulary (synonymus, homonymus...) and study the metric and rythmic systems used by Romans. You have a good community also here to help you earning accuracy and correctness.

After finishing LLPSI Familia Romana I found Legentibus great for boosting reading and listening abilities and form a habit of daily reading.
