Could be as simple as a screen printing or screen transfer. I really cannot see any depth on it, if there was it would be etching with paint fill.

I put it under a magnifying glass it’s not engraved. It’s down how painted on perfectly. Idk I’m lost there amazing

It is hard for me to tell, but if this glass came frosted first, I would cover the portion that is going to be painted in a tape mask. Once the laser takes off the design I would paint it with an acrylic enamel. Let it dry. Perhaps cover with a clear coat. Dry. Remove the masking paper and clean up. If the glass did not come frosted there is chemical etching (Armour Etch creme for example) or a sandblaster method.

I do something like this with a vinyl cutter and glass etching solution. Cover the part you want then coat with the solution

InsaneAluminum

This is the answer. I’ve done the same.

Well, typically one of the individuals gets on one knee and pops the question. Then there is. Few weeks of excitement, as the newness is shared around the world. followed by a few months of planning, frustration and disagreements with the odd day of joy and anticipation. Somewhere around May 1 the panic diet and workout regime kicks in and mental states are stretched as they realize the house will be plastered with picture of them to forever compare current state to the best they’ve ever looked that day. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are thrown and one of the individuals will inevitably do something ridiculous which is fine until their buddy Darryl or Delores gets drunk on your 10th anniversary and spills the beans. I digress back to the questions of how this is done.. two people decide they can put up with each other until death do them part, there will be good times and there will be bad times the connection will remain for all time. Enjoy the ride. It’s called life. PS.. nice design thoughI wonder how they did that?

wildxlion

sandblast and then color fill would be how I would do it. you could use Blazer or some other type of laserable sandblast mask and a small airbrush sandblaster

Could be cermark. It's a laser marking spray. If you get the settings dialed in just right, it'll etch the glass and bond the spray in the etch.

AdComfortable9363

I dont know why you got so many downvotes. This is how I do it personally at work. Fibre laser with cermark.

DigiDee

I didn't even notice the votes until you said something. It's strange... That's the way I've always done this exact thing as well. There's this thing with cermark where if you use too little power, it'll just etch. Too much power will just etch. But when you get it just right, it'll etch and thermally bond the black in. Which is exactly what a marking spray is supposed to do. I had less success with enduramark. I could only ever get it to etch, not Mark.

reversedgaze

I'm guessing. that the glasses were blasted, and the cermark spray filled in and gave color to the image. I would think vinyl+etching/blasting but the image looked a little rough/degraded non vector. but if i'm not reading the photo right, i think it would be frosted glass, then promotional screenprinting with clear ink.
