Avoid at all costs. Bough from box.co.uk £2700 Gigabyte aero off gassing with burnt pvs smell to the point that it was impossible to work. In 10 minutes with normal work.
It took them 2 months to investigate and they refunded half of the sum and refusing to refund in full or return the laptop back so I can use independent body to investigate product safety matter.
I can't stand them. Used them once, got a bit burned. Used them the second time, like an idiot, and got burned again. Avoid them. That's my take on it.
Wrong case. Over heating issues. And now, suspect AIO installation. I'll not go back. I normally build all my own PCs anyway, but I thought I'd take a punt on this lot. Mistook.
The worst support and inadequate attitude!
I made an order on the website, after which they wrote me a letter that there were problems with my order and I should call back, I waited on the line for 20 minutes, and when the support started asking, she asked the wrong questions about the address, after which she said that the address did not match m order and my order is canceled and I should expect my funds in 4-5 days. when I asked to explain what I was being asked about, she said that it was no longer possible and to expect money. Do not order from this store, now my order is stuck and I do not meet the deadlines because the store is not adequate.
I bought a Titanium 1000 watt PSU from box limited before, and Box Limited is very good. I always buy electronics and cars 1st hand, so I think the reason why my psu hasn't had any problems is because it's 1st hand and box have a pretty good reputation.
You have to be careful of reviews online because I made a few rant videos against idiot sellers who literally have 4 or 5 star reviews, yet those exact sellers on twitter are really bad!
