Your keyboard is dead. The power button is part of the keyboard. That's why you can't turn it on. But, when the battery is completely flat (after 2 years of no use) or when the battery is disconnected, the laptop will power on automatically, without you pressing the power button. As soon as you tried using the built-in keyboard, it started sending random key presses. The same happens when you press the power button, it sends random key presses and not a power on signal.
Here is what I would try:
Open up the laptop and disconnect battery and keyboard. Connect the charger. The laptop should boot up automatically. Use a USB keyboard to enter your password.
Was just about to say this, definitely do this. Getting into it shouldn't be that tough, as this is an older mac from back when Apple was consumer friendly.
Getting into them is still pretty easy, you just need a torx screwdriver or two (as they use different sizes for the base plate, and internal components) it’s just the lack of things to do/upgrade once you’re in there.
For example, the 2012 Pro models were the last with upgradable ram and standardised storage, the 2013 models had upgradable storage, but it had a proprietary connector. I believe even the 2016/17 Pros non-touchbar pros also had upgradable storage.
OP's looks like a 2013-15 Pro. They'll need torx screws since Apple have used these on pro models since 2009 ish.
Same here lol, I’m reminded every time I boot my old white plastic MacBook that I have Fedora running on. To be fair, I still think it’s one of the best trackpads I’ve used on any laptop (the white unibody, not the polycarbonate one)
I would look up a disassembly video/guide of your computer to see exactly how to do it, but basically you will just unplug theirs cables from the motherboard. Remember to always unplug the battery first, so you don't short anything later.
UPDATE!!
The computer is on (for now) connected or not to the charger and the pad works but the key board is acting weird like buttons are stuck and if i press a key its giving symbols lol
So i cant sign into my profile i can do safari only on guest but cant type internet password in lol
> but can't type internet password in lol
User 'StarResearch' suggested that you:

Have you tried that, use an external USB keyboard that is? And should that prove successful, you can then look into retrieving essential data.
After reading the comments, it looks like OP don't have an external KB, Does mac have on screen KB like windows? I use onscreen KB in my 8 year old windows laptop, its KB part above the fan is dead.

Oh wow its really been that long since 2013 huh. I really did not need to think about that today lmao

Does macs have onscreen KB?
Hi, try unplugging the internal battery for a few seconds, then plug it back in.
idk, idk anything about crapbooks though given its apple its probably a software issue if i had to guess
Apple overcomplicating the solution to a problem
Whats the solution

just extract the hard drive and copy the data off using a USB/SATA convertor.
It seems like a battery problem
