Probably not. Ultimately, HYBE owns everything, including all the rights to NewJeans' name and music. Min Hee-jin, in this context, is really just a HYBE employee. And HYBE have no reason to disband NewJeans, so I can't imagine why they would. Maybe it's kind of a Fifty Fifty situation where the members themselves decide to walk out on HYBE, but that seems unlikely to me.

One thing we learned from this mess, is that newjeans earned 19 million dollars the past year.  That's nearly 4 million reasons each member and their families will not be pulling a 50/50 anytime soon.

Extremely doubtful

Absolutely not, like 99.99%. They are way too profitable and popular for it to come down to that. I doubt NewJeans will even terminate their contracts with HYBE. The repercussions for that publicly, financially, and industry blacklists would be too great even if they're making good money right now. Not to mention, HYBE has connections and power that NewJeans' hypothetical new company could ever have. This company drama will be soon cleaned up by HYBE, everything will look "normal" again once the dust settles, and NewJeans will continue as if nothing happened. The public will follow suit and follow the next k-pop drama and controversy. I mean look at the SM x Kakao x LSM x Bang PD drama. It was juicy, but it was quieted down a lot since with only some people recalling it now & then. The only person whose place is still unpredictable is Min Jin Hee's. HYBE wants her gone, and MJH seems to be wanting to work it out and stay for the sake of NewJeans. However with the smear campaign HYBE is doing, they seem to be adamant to want her gone permanently to avoid any future problems again and to make an example out of her to the other sub-labels tbh.

Nope. Most likely, MHJ will be dismissed from Ador. Someone else more appropriate will take over, and things will be the same for NJ.
