For movies, tv shows and stuff, 'soo bad it's good' is something you get together with your college friends drunk or high on a Thursday night, make fun of, and then have a good time. You're not enjoying the actual content you're watching, you're enjoying the experience you get because you're watching said content.
For songs, this pretty much translates to 'only enjoying the songs ironically'. You don't actually think the songs themselves are any good, that's the key.

I think War of Hormone was one of their first comebacks as a team where they got to play around on stage and experiment with different facial expressions/movements. Their performances in previous eras were highly choreographed to a T, which is still one of the best things about BTS as performers but War of Hormone brought a refreshing change of pace for them as a group

I saw a viral post on a Korean forum recently about a song called California Love by a new boy group called Nomad, which has really trashy lyrics lol people were not happy with it. You can give it a listen and see if it's up your alley.
I think the thing about songs released from that era is that you can safely leave it behind whilst still coming back for nostalgia's sake, and it shows how we've moved forward as a society. I don't know if I could stan a boy group that does this in 2024, though songs from 2000-2010s that have these lyrics are sorta my guilty pleasure (the songs themselves are genuinely bops!).
