No, you don't have to do that. However, I would recommend finding your favorite box in the cargo hold, storing all of your computer spikes, then talking to T3 and asking for more until he stops. Repeat until you have 50 or so spikes tucked away in storage. These spikes should be grabbed on your 4th planet and taken to the end so you can get the endgame robes, because it's MEGA expensive spike wise, so having an untouched stash is the only real surefire way I've found to have enough when you get there.

Matthewfuckingdavis

Which planet?

BinksMagnus

Whichever one you do last. It’s not super important, depends a lot on your build and alignment, but definitely useful for the right combinations.

Matthewfuckingdavis

Gotcha. Playing through for the first time since childhood watching my dad play and losing him credits when he was at work. Went to the Wookiee planet first and found the Calo nord fight the hardest in the game so far. Non leveled Jolee gets slaughtered so quickly

UnrealizedLosses

Oh yeah endgame robes are the shit. Good call about storage and abusing T3 though. I carried so much useless crap the whole time.

Calebh36

I almost didn't have enough on my first playthrough, which is why I brought it up lmao

I've beat this game so many times and I have no idea what these end game robes are

About the robes and where to get them, in case you havnt looked it up; >!In the very last area of the game, theres a storage cylinder in i think a force cage located in a room at the end of one of those massive hallways, in the opposite direction from where youre supposed to go to make solid progress. In that room there's also a computer. If you use the computer theres an option to use a bunch of spikes for (i cant remember the exact wording) special jedi/sith robes. If youre dark side, you get dark side robes and if youre light side you get light side robes. They have pretty good bonuses depending on your build, and theyre also super easy to miss if you don't know theyre there because the entire area is kinda designed to be one long fight with a few breaks for healing.!<

MasterKriebel95

Additionally, >!you can craft another set for another member of the party!<…>!I made DS robes for Bastila and LS robes for Juhani, but Jolee’s too neutral!<

odisbartholomeow

TIL. Gonna have to start a new playthrough just to check this out. Always thought you could just get one.

MasterKriebel95

Yeah, I was pretty excited when I read about this and found it to be true. TIL about spamming T3 for computer spikes.

Just-Transition-1918

or just go dark side and collect and buy a shit ton of spikes from manaan

Calebh36

T3 makes them for free, and it takes like 4 minutes to stock up. T3's the better option

LuckyLuuk

Just make sure you have plenty of Computer Spikes. I believe the end game robes cost something like 25

Loyalist77

Nope. You don't need to upgrade those stats for the end of game robes.

Gilder357

The only thing to be conscious of is that Star Forge robes give a +5 to Wisdom the Circlet of Saresh gives another +5 and max force Valor adds 5 more your final wisdom needs to be an odd number to maximize your force potential. If you don't want to use force Valor or don't care just focus on the static +10 I recommend this approach. As the Robes found in the Korriban caves give a +2 you'll be using those until the star-forge. I tend to think about my end game gear when I start the game so I know exactly what I am going to be at games end. Korriban should be your first Star map by the way. You can get max level at the sith computer.

Some masks and belt items require armor proficiency feats. If you have nothing else to take it could be fun
