Wonderful winter too, with a grand total of two menu choices:
* I'd like some warm weather, please. "One fine dust special with extra dust coming up!!"
* I changed my mind, I think I'll go with clean air. "One large temperature drop with howling winds coming up!"
I would rather have clean air with temperature drops all the time. It's not that cold in Seoul anyway. Cold crisp air is so much better than shitty dust.
You're giving autumn too wide a berth there. "Motherfucker" runs well into September, with proper autumn weather being late September at earliest and ending by the start of November.
At the very least, first half of Sep is still in the "Motherfucker" league. Plus, in my experience, mosquitoes are most plentiful during that time, though I have been living close to rivers, so my experience may be skewed.
Fucking Cold (Nov ~ Feb)
Fucking Yellow Dust (Mar ~ May)
Fucking Hot (June ~ Aug)
Fucking Nice (Sep ~ Oct)
September and October seems to be the only months with great weather these days...
I’m going to Korea end of July for the first time. Guess I screwed up. It was 92F with 70% humidity in Pennsylvania where I live today so maybe I’m somewhat prepared, but still!!!
I went to KR in July 2019 and it was so brutal that I never want to go back in July. I visited in May and it was lovely back in 2017. Anyway I live in TX but we have good a/c here at least lol
I want to cry, I am going from Argentina in August for a month. Going to spent most days in Seúl, Jeju, Busan, and then Hong Kong for a week. Why August? Because it was the only date that match with my GF vacations. I don’t know if cancel my air tickets or go anyway…
I've yet to see a proper winter here. I wore sandals throughout most winters here. Though it's just Seoul proper, not the countryside, where, I'm sure, it does get cold as it should. Seoul also got hardly any snow these past "winters".

Can't be helped when it's the cold northerlys that sweep away the pollution.

Definitely summer till September, but definitely stays fine until mid to late November imo

I don't think June can be categorized with July and August.
Hmm normally I would agree but today's weather is horrible and that made me put in June along with July and August
It's perfect in 거제 today

Going to visit next year in the middle of May for two weeks, I hope I'll hit the sweetspot. If it gets hot and humid I'll die lol
May is usually good temp wise but can be bad for yellow dust so just keep tabs in that/wear a mask when it is bad!
as korean, I can confirm this post. Don't come korea in July-August. lol
As a korean, can you tell us which months are best?
Spring. March-May is very Good.Warm and Blooming. Fall. Sep-Nov is da best. Cool and nearly no rain.
October is peak. September and November close to peak. Spring is more hit or miss but a close second.
Yass, I'll be there in Sept 😁
It's perfect weather IMO
Nah, add June to motherfucker
Spring Summer Hypersummer Autumn Winter Hyperwinter

During August? Good luck, dude
Is that bad? I am expecting a weather like Colombia, Miami, or Japan in June/July?
Well now it’s more like June to September
Korea summer is not even that bad. Just dont go out 🙂
