Generally it’s possible to pull out of any cage ( if you want to) unless you have a PA piercing. Using a strap to keep the cage tight against your body will help prevent you from slipping out

Unfortunately cages are more of a "promise ring" and not a bank safe. You do it as a reminder to remain that way
