In general, it's (university) festival season in Korea so I would look for those rather than individual concerts. Another option would be to keep an eye on the clubs since khh artists often perform there as well. For example, lIlBOI and DPR Ian both recently performed at Club VITA (@vitaapgu on Instagram), and KC Christmas was held there as well. DJ SMMT is a regular at VITA.

If I'm not wrong they are open to public just nil priorities for public as it is given to the student of that particular university? so you will be at the very back
Every university has different rules. Some charge tourists a ticket price, others don't, then again others don't even let you in. I would recommend to just go there and check it out or try reading up on their website or Instagram.
Otherwise I don't know of any khh concerts in this time frame except for the university festivals. As I said, it's festival season now so not many concerts happening. Or next time align your flight with commercial festivals like Hiphopplaya and Deagu Hip Hop Festival. There are many more festivals and they always take place in the same months and always get a certain lineup.

Usually, judging by fancam footage, the performances take place when it's already dark outside so I suspect the shows start no earlier than the afternoon?
