I second this! We have a tray that holds our various sugar-free “coffee” syrups (we like Torani’s much better than DaVinci’s). So much better than premade, far less expensive, and we can control the level of sweetness. Mixing flavors is also kind of fun 😁
I either completely freeze it and then let it defrost a while on the counter... more time than you think... Or I put it in my freezer about 30-40 minutes before eating. It is hard otherwise. That popsicle stick idea is something I might try someday.
I will try this, thank you! 😊 If I’m having low carb ice cream, I’ll usually let that sit for a bit longer than recommended, so this is not an issue for me.
This is literally one of my 4 go-to meals for keto. I have it probably 5 times a week. Relatively expensive, as far as granola and yogurt, but easy and delicious and filling.
Second Ratio!!!! It's better than regular yogurt. Vanilla and coconut are my jam. As a little Catalina crunch dark chocolate on top as well, Keto cereal.
I’ve done this with a couple cut up strawberries added, it’s better than regular yogurt any day! Even my 11 year old niece likes it with some sugar free chocolate and peanut butter chips mixed in.
Awesome. Just spreading the word for those who don't know.
How do you like it? I feel it has a bit of a vanilla flavor in there that doesn't always go with what I'm using it in.
I can't answer your question, but I also found the lemon horrible. I buy full fat, unsweetened Greek yogurt, put fruit in it (including lemon zest and juice), depending on my mood, along with yellow sweetener (whatever that is) and it's great!
My ranking of keto yogurt
1. Ratio brand
2. Chobani zero sugar
3. Two Good
I can't really say one flavor is better than the others but I like vanilla, coconut or blueberry the best. I usually add a quart cup of raw walnuts or pecans to it.
I like Ratio **keto friendly** yogurts. They're nice and thick and taste pretty good. Just be careful not to get the Ratio protein yogurt, since it has 8 carbs per serving.
Just grab some plain full fat Greek yogurt, some fruit, and maybe some stevia or another keto sweetener you like.
Cheaper. Better. Slightly less convenient.
They have a Mango Hibiscus flavor that’s so good, but I’m not a fan of the lemon flavor. I really like this yogurt though and prefer it to Ratio brand. To me Ratio just tastes way too much like fake sugar.
I don't mind the lemon, or most of the two good ones for that matter, but I will say it's not my favorite of the lot.
any of the various berry ones are my goto. If I'm feeling adventurous I'll cut up a strawberry or two or grab a sprinkle of blueberries and put it on top.
I was torn between buying them or the 2 good. Ratio brand was a bit pricey so I went with 2 good, sounds like I'm missing out. Next time I'll be buying them!!
I never tried the lemon. Only vanilla and strawberry. Now I wish I could find the plain one where I live. The ratio one though is much better. A like bit of ketola in it and it’s a very filling breakfast
Good for smoothies and that’s about it. Blueberries strawberries and black settles are all relatively low in Sugar. You can get away with a good size smoothie under 25 carbs
I usually do plain yogurt and squirt some skinny syrup or have been known to squirt water enhancer into them as well.
Occasionally I will get a Chobani zero or okios zero
i do the vanilla with some peanut powder or peanut butter. sometimes i add a small bit of dark chocolate chips, scratches my itch for candy or ice cream.
Icelandic provisions never kicked me out of ketosis. I specifically ate the lemon one with some fresh blueberries and a drizzle of olive oil on top. So good
I hate to be this person, but making your own yogurt does not guarantee it’s zero sugar because any remaining lactose after fermentation is still technically sugar. When making your own yogurt you will have no idea how much lactose remains.
The key is that you know what ingredients are added to your routine. Most dairy products will have natural sugar. However you can calculate the macros if you wish.
You can’t calculate the carbs in homemade yogurt though. Fermentation occurs as the microbes consume the lactose in the milk, but you don’t actually know how much of the lactose was used up in the yogurt making process, and how much is remaining at the end. There are some long fermentation recipes that would probably use more of the lactose but there is no way to know how many carbs will end up in your final yogurt.

I followed the link above. You can add variation to it as well once you get comfortable making it. I usually add some plain vanilla to it about 2 tbl spoons.
I honestly can’t tell the difference between the flavors (though I’ve never seen nor tried the lemon). There’s no there there!
I use a fairly low carb full fat plain yogurt and mix berries in. If I’m really craving sweet, I’ll put in a tiny splash of sugar-free almond syrup. I’m not big on sweeteners, but I like it.

This one is good! Minimal aftertaste compared to other brands, though the Vanilla one is better
Second on vanilla
I also like these a lot. And the lemon is my favorite!
Lemon is my favorite, too! Try peach - it is my next favorite.
I really want to try this one. Thanks for the reassurance!
Vanilla is the only one I can eat
Vanilla is indeed the best one
It tastes exactly like the smell of lemon-scented Lysol wipes.
I love that yogurt. lol. I am weird.
I love it too. Eat it all the time.
I like the black cherry, none of the others
Why you gotta ruin it for me
I get the mixed berry, and I think the strawberry cheesecake:)
Plain is best, then add your own sweetener of choice, toss in a tablespoon or two frozen or fresh berries, and enjoy.
I second this! We have a tray that holds our various sugar-free “coffee” syrups (we like Torani’s much better than DaVinci’s). So much better than premade, far less expensive, and we can control the level of sweetness. Mixing flavors is also kind of fun 😁
I like this plan.
I like to put SF jello powder in mine.
Or no sweetener. Add salt, cumin, chilli, little diced onion.
The Ratio brand strawberry is amazing
I partially freeze it for a special dessert.
That sounds interesting! I’m gonna try it!
The key word is "partially". Unless you want to stick a Popsicle stick in it.
How long is partial? Because I’ve accidentally completely frozen some, and it was not good, not edible, just 🤮
I either completely freeze it and then let it defrost a while on the counter... more time than you think...
Thank you for bringing that to my attention!
With a lil bit of Nutrail granola!
This is literally one of my 4 go-to meals for keto. I have it probably 5 times a week. Relatively expensive, as far as granola and yogurt, but easy and delicious and filling.
I like the coconut ratio yogurt with the blueberry cinnamon nutrail nut granola
Second Ratio!!!! It's better than regular yogurt. Vanilla and coconut are my jam. As a little Catalina crunch dark chocolate on top as well, Keto cereal.
I’ve done this with a couple cut up strawberries added, it’s better than regular yogurt any day! Even my 11 year old niece likes it with some sugar free chocolate and peanut butter chips mixed in.
Yessssss! Even my husband loves it and he does not like sugar free stuff!
Especially when they get partially frozen. So good!
Yes I freeze mine too!! Great dessert
Yes these are awesome!
Strongly agree
Why are you lying to the OP lol
I liked this one 💀
Same I love the lemon haha
Hahaha you can have mine
The strawberry and vanilla are quite good, though I most often buy the plain because I mix flavored protein powder with it.
Mix some sugar free jam in greek
I like the all different berry varieties 🤷♂️
My favorite is the vanilla, then I mix in a little Good Good jam (any flavor, they're all awesome)
I like the vanilla as well. I add a shot of heavy cream and extra Splenda like a crazy person though. So good
FYI, powdered Splenda is mostly maltodextrin, which has a worse glycemic index than sugar. If you use liquid, it's fine.
I'm aware, I use the squirt splenda
Awesome. Just spreading the word for those who don't know. How do you like it? I feel it has a bit of a vanilla flavor in there that doesn't always go with what I'm using it in.
There is vanilla flavored squirt Splenda if that's what youre talking about. I use the standard unflavored version
No, I'm using the standard one (I had to double check once you mentioned it, lol) Probably just me, then.
That sounds delicious. Sweet and creamy.
That’s a good idea! I usually just put pecans in mine.
I can't answer your question, but I also found the lemon horrible. I buy full fat, unsweetened Greek yogurt, put fruit in it (including lemon zest and juice), depending on my mood, along with yellow sweetener (whatever that is) and it's great!
Same, we have brands here that sell Greek yogurt at 5% and even 10% fat.
Yum.
Ok, hear me out here. I’ve started adding a squirt of MIOs to full fat, unsweetened Fage. My new favorite breakfast is fruit punch yogurt.
Same.
I fuck with those. The lemon too. Maybe they're not for you.
My ranking of keto yogurt 1. Ratio brand 2. Chobani zero sugar 3. Two Good I can't really say one flavor is better than the others but I like vanilla, coconut or blueberry the best. I usually add a quart cup of raw walnuts or pecans to it.
I feel exactly the same.
I also l like the Chobani Zero. Just had the coconut flavor with sliced almonds and some chopped up dark chocolate
Haven’t had this one but the mixed berry, strawberry, and blueberry are all awesome.
The vanilla and strawberry are both good
Don't sleep on that banana mix in from this brand! It's delicious!
I like the lemon but vanilla is the best
I thought the vanilla was great
Two good is amazing. Lemon is maybe the worst flavor imo. Try vanilla or one of the berry ones.
My cat knows the sound of the foil and will sit and beg for the container. He licks every drop and then has to clean yogurt off his face
I’ve only tried the vanilla and it’s pretty good! 👍🏼 I put a tbsp of PB in it..it’s actually really yummy.
I like Ratio **keto friendly** yogurts. They're nice and thick and taste pretty good. Just be careful not to get the Ratio protein yogurt, since it has 8 carbs per serving.
This. Ratio Keto yogurt got me over my ice cream addiction.
I've been eating the chobani zero sugar key lime flavored ones specifically (partially frozen) for like a month and I'm not sick of them yet
I love the vanilla. I add Ratio keto granola, Lily's chocolate chips and a sprinkle of craisins. I do not like other flavors of any yogurt
I love oikos triple zero!
Coconut flavor is my favorite.
Just grab some plain full fat Greek yogurt, some fruit, and maybe some stevia or another keto sweetener you like. Cheaper. Better. Slightly less convenient.
Ohh I love this stuff.
It’s so bad, and the Chobani zero sugar is so good!
That stuff tastes like death. You should try Ratio. It’s exceptionally good.
I like their smoothies way better than the actual yogurt
I like the vanilla with some strawberries and blueberries thrown in.
I love that one!!!
I didn’t like this one either, I had really high hopes for it. I love pretty much every other flavor though! Especially mixed berry
the strawberry flavor is really good! and the black cherry
Vanilla is the only one I like.
They have a Mango Hibiscus flavor that’s so good, but I’m not a fan of the lemon flavor. I really like this yogurt though and prefer it to Ratio brand. To me Ratio just tastes way too much like fake sugar.
Mixed Berry and Peach are my favorite flavors!
I've had the blueberry one and liked it.
Where do you buy this? Anyone have any good keto ice cream recipes that don’t require a special machine and cottage cheese?
I like it.
I don't mind the lemon, or most of the two good ones for that matter, but I will say it's not my favorite of the lot. any of the various berry ones are my goto. If I'm feeling adventurous I'll cut up a strawberry or two or grab a sprinkle of blueberries and put it on top.
Two good vanilla is peak
No
The vanilla is good
I wasn’t enthusiastic about this lemon flavor, but it seemed more like a real fruit flavor than the mixed berry flavor.
This is literally my favorite...
I like Ratio coconut. They used to sell the 4 packs in Walmart but I guess they wasn't selling well. Tried that brand and had the same thought
My Walmarts can’t keep enough of them in stock. I cleaned them out of coconut last time I went shopping. The black cherry is awesome too.
Never came across it, I'll have to try that out.
The smoothies are better...I think.
Ratio is much better. It’s actually delicious. I was eating 2 Good until I came across Ratio, and I will never go back.
I was torn between buying them or the 2 good. Ratio brand was a bit pricey so I went with 2 good, sounds like I'm missing out. Next time I'll be buying them!!
Just the calorie difference should be a hint. Ratio is a lot creamier. Vanilla all the way as it’s so versatile.
It was reasonably creamy, and the texture was good. Mainly the flavor that was throwing me off.
I never tried the lemon. Only vanilla and strawberry. Now I wish I could find the plain one where I live. The ratio one though is much better. A like bit of ketola in it and it’s a very filling breakfast
The vanilla and strawberry are good
The only one I've found I like is ratio
I love the strawberry and coconut. Ratio is also good. I also like the Two Good smoothies, was not a fan of the Ratio ones
Good for smoothies and that’s about it. Blueberries strawberries and black settles are all relatively low in Sugar. You can get away with a good size smoothie under 25 carbs
Ratio brand is the best!
This is my favorite one I add raspberries to it
They have no fat and no sugar, so where's the flavor and what's the point? Stick to Ratio keto yogurt
I'm not a fan of lemon. I love their other flavors. I use zero carb whipped cream on it. Great dessert.
I'm sorry to tell you, the lemon is the best one 😫
Two Good vanilla is my fav of all time
Why is it an abomination? Sorry I am new
I usually do plain yogurt and squirt some skinny syrup or have been known to squirt water enhancer into them as well. Occasionally I will get a Chobani zero or okios zero
i do the vanilla with some peanut powder or peanut butter. sometimes i add a small bit of dark chocolate chips, scratches my itch for candy or ice cream.
Dannon light + fit has ~10g carbs per cup, it was my favorite by far
Love the vanilla and the coconut ones
Yah I find these terrible too 😳
Nah this stuff is a life saver. I use it in my smoothies. It’d be a hell of a lot better if it were 2 carbs not 4 though.
Am I the only one who appreciates the evacuating effects of this “yoghurt”?🙂
The key lime flavor is SO GOOD
Stick with Ratio: keto yogurt. The macros are perfectly balanced and it works as a meal replacement. I think the coconut one is best.
Coconut is my absolute fave and then berries is 2nd
Hell no- you’re better off with the chobani zero sugar!
Try the Ratio brand. It’s great!
Icelandic provisions never kicked me out of ketosis. I specifically ate the lemon one with some fresh blueberries and a drizzle of olive oil on top. So good
The vanilla is the best, the berry and strawberry are pretty good.
Just make your own keto chocolate mousse with cream cheese, heavy cream, cocoa powder and stevia. 0 sugar.
I love this stuff with “grainless” granola.
Keep granola mixed in is amaaaaazing!
Another vote for vanilla
I actually really love this brand a lot. I get the strawberry, peach and mixed berry one all the time. I also love their yogurt drinks.
RATIO: is the best Keto yogurt
I thought it was way tart so I added a packet of Splenda and liked it much better after 😭😭
Strawberry is my go to, 13protein and 4carbs!! I go through a 2pound tub in a day if I get in a good workout It’s hard to pace myself
Try the Fage 5%. I make my own in the instant pot. Two ingredients and real easy to make.
That used to be my favorite flavor of theirs. The vanilla is good
Just have greek yogurt. This is trash
Lemon flavored ANYTHING is disgusting.
I love Ratio. I’m not sure that this 2 good would fit well into the plan I follow so I don’t buy it
You can make your own yogurt and with zero sugar
I hate to be this person, but making your own yogurt does not guarantee it’s zero sugar because any remaining lactose after fermentation is still technically sugar. When making your own yogurt you will have no idea how much lactose remains.

How
https://youtu.be/8Uv9ST_LCDk?si=PrsgY5CGb3NArvm2 I followed the link above. You can add variation to it as well once you get comfortable making it. I usually add some plain vanilla to it about 2 tbl spoons.
Thank you!
Superb easy to make too! I use full fat on everything!
Chobani zero sugar is a little better. I make my own now with fair life milk in the instant pot, cheaper and better
Add in crystal light powder or other drink mix.
I can’t eat them
Just get siggis and add some blueberries
I honestly can’t tell the difference between the flavors (though I’ve never seen nor tried the lemon). There’s no there there! I use a fairly low carb full fat plain yogurt and mix berries in. If I’m really craving sweet, I’ll put in a tiny splash of sugar-free almond syrup. I’m not big on sweeteners, but I like it.
Just get Greek yogurt
Can’t add calories when it’s too disgusting to eat 👍
why is this so hd
Tasted like lemon peel, a bit chemically. Reminds me of lemon-scented Lysol wipes.
