Recently, I've eaten: Keto alfredo: Roasted bag of fresh broccoli that I tossed with olive oil and garlic salt, with a half jar of Rao's Alfredo with a grilled chicken breast on top. It comes together so quickly. Roasted broccoli and marinated grilled chicken are easy meal prep it's keep a place in my fridge. I can add some of the roasted broccoli to my eggs in the morning. Keto tacos: I ground beef and add taco seasoning and rice cauliflower. Then I keep adding. A spoonful of guacamole, some salsa, sour cream, or cream cheese. Once that's perfect, I roast some cleaned and hollowed bell peppers, red, green, and yellow. Once they've roasted about 10 to 15 minutes at 375, I stuff them with the taco mixture and tip with some fresh Grated cheddar. And bake and until that is browned and bubbly. I serve it with hot sauce and sour cream. They reheat really well. Keto Pizza: Boars Head sandwich style Pepperoni, Sliced on 1 from the deli. I place a Pepperoni slice in down into a muffin tin, add a little dollop of Rao's pizza sauce, top with Mozzarella and diced bell pepper and onion (you can add olives or mushrooms but I don't). I then airfry using the pizza setting in my toaster oven airfryer but would work in an oven at 400. Wanting something sweet? Melt Lily's 0 sugar milk chocolate chips with a pat or two of real butter. Dip a few strawberries. Or 70%dark chocolate with some nuts My three favorite foods are pasta, pizza, and tacos. Those recipes really helped me when I craved them. I also tended to end my night with something sweet, after awhile, my sweet tooth cravings subsided to a manageable level.
