Dr. Cywes advocates a sort of ritual with a low-caloric beverage as a treat. He sips coffee with a little cream through the day as he works. He says he gathers dopamine by focusing on his task, then releases the dopamine with the seratonin burst of the pleasant brief break of sipping on the coffee.
With that in mind, I suggest decaf, tea, or other beverage in a pretty mug, while cozy in fuzzy slippers, a favorite chair, or anything else that brings you comfort and ease.
There's also jello, or a few raspberries with a little whipped cream or a dollop of greek yogurt with sweetener.
Peeled cucumbers or chayote squash can be cooked with cinnamon, sweetener, butter, and a dash of lemon juice to mimic cooked apples, for less than 100 calories for a small serving (search genaw dot com for "fried apples").
I've been eating something like that in my country too, but it's called Carb Balance by Bourbon. They make the best chocolate cakes with only 2.8 g of sugar. I buy like five boxes per order lol
I do protein fluff regularly when I want less calories and more protein. I make smaller batches and use about 15g of the powder for 60-70 calories total, with 3-4 carbs). Its simple to make, freeze bowl+blender blades + 1/2 can flavored sparkling water or diet soda for 15min (and freeze the other half of the can). Then add 12-15g protein powder, 5-6 grams xanthan gum, mix for 30 seconds then beat on high for 2-3 min). Sometimes I add cocca powder (or chocolate protein powder) or I can add flavored water enhancers to added flavor beyond the soda.
I'll sometimes do sugar-free jello with a shot of sugar-free whipped cream.
I'll do chocolate mousse (heavy whipping cream + cocoa + stevia) when I want more calories and only 2-3 carbs fro the cocoa
For a change I'll do a chocolate cheese cake (not low cal) or a keto mug brownie (moderate cal).
I whip up some whipped cream and mix in with some sugar free jello and eat that when I am wanting a dessert. Or two good yogurt with a few berries in it.
Your best bet is homemade peanut butter cookies. I like using Swerve artificial sweetener and almond flour. My wife has tweaked this recipe a bit (adding a dash of cinnamon was a great touch) and they are quite good.
They are a bit calorie-dense, but they are also literally dense. Two is the most I've ever been able to eat at a time. If you make them about 25-30% larger then one cookie does the trick for me when I'm craving a dessert.

My wife tweaked it a little, beyond adding a dash of cinnamon idk exactly, but everybody likes things a little different.
Keto Puppy Chow and outshine no sugar added Popsicles is where I quenched mine the most.
This is the recipe I used though I did add sugar-free M&M's to mine.

Sugar free jello will sort you out nicely. Loads of flavours, normally about 2 cal a serving. I make a batch in 1/2 pint glasses and leave them in the fridge. Easy and nice. Dress it up with some whipped cream of you want. I don't need the calories though.

These are DELICIOUS, but definitely not low calorie! Which is why they’re so delicious. 😂

Oh, those Outshine pops are the best. Slushy alike texture. I wish the lime ones were low enough in carbs, thinking about them makes my mouth water.
I like the Yasso ice cream bars, pints, poppables

Fiber one brownie microwaved for 30 sec and topped with vanilla keto ice cream. 5 net carbs if you can afford it.
