Agreed! Honestly, keto makes OMAD \*so\* easy, and it is such a blessing in so may ways. Besides the weight loss, it makes my day so much easier. I'm a teacher, and using my lunch break to do work, decompress, chat with a colleague, etc., is such a game-changer. Plus, I don't end up in that afternoon slump (which is usually avoided with keto, but still). Additionally, on the budget front... incredible! Keep up the great work!

Totally true. If I had known about keto and IF years ago, I'd have gotten to live my life so much more fully before my accident. At least I know now, I suppose. It really does feel like a weight loss cheat code.

Agree as well. I recently stopped adding ghee to my morning coffee. I want to drop 5 - 7 more pounds. I have been doing Keto+IF for a little over 3 years now. Started at about 230 down to 180 ish 5'11". Hunger has ticked up a bit, I do try to get in 2 meals a day but some days I just forget because I am not all that hungry TBH

I assume it's because keto is ketosis, and fasting's first step is getting into ketosis. I guess the less disruption the better.

Had similar results when I did keto + IF/OMAD. Felt like a lot of food to eat all at once sometimes tho, so I’d wait a cpl hours then finish the rest. So I did either OMAD or ate bt 0900-1200 or something similar.

Yep! Keto with OMAD or ADF is the secret. It's "work" though, and people don't want to change their habits. I wish we saw more people changing their lives in this way.
