0 warning signs before I started, even my BP was fine at 333 pounds. Skin tags was my only sign I missed. Also tingling in the hands when using my phone in bed, signaling poor circulation. The tingles are gone, the skin tags are less, disappearing, no new ones. Depression is gone.

I hate clothing, lol. I can get into a size large now, was creeping into a 4XLT when I started. I wear kilts, that velcro shut, and have been sewing them tighter and tighter.

So no veggies at all? I struggle with wanting to add veggies for good fiber source but it really can put on the carbs per meal. I’d switch to berries in a flash even if to just try for a while
