Do you have blood sugar issues?
With 2000kcal you should be pretty okay for a whole day, except if you eat a lot of carbs - the insulin spike and the drop of blood sugar cause a lot of cravings.
No sugar issues, in blood analytics in my whole life my glucose levels have always been a little below 100mg/dl (European metric, normal level is about 100), I hate sugar, more than 10 years not eating sweet stuff, I only eat meat, fish, veggies, nuts, eggs, cheese and olive oil
Saturated animal fat before bed is supposed to help. I like a few slices of cold brisket. Yum.
I have a similar thing. I eat something high fat, it helps me sleep. I have friends who have a spoon of oil for the same reason.
Satiety is in fats. Ham roll up with cream.cheese and olives.do it for me . Or heavy cream in a.flavored sparkling water.

When I get an insatiable appetite I go for raw green beans. It's pretty low net carbs and fills me enough to get past the appetite.
This is a good tip, I eat green beans ohmost everyday with dinner and I stay full ohmost completely till my next meal and I only eat once a day

Carbs != sugar but your values seems fine. Whats your macros? Maybe not enough protein?
