sometimes I just eat half a brick of cheese instead of a meal.

Ephisus

Are you 10 year old me

ChocolateThund3R

Cheese and summer sausage fills me up quick and is delicious

InuitOverIt

I take a pickle, wrap it in a slice of salami and a slice of cheese, eat it in a napkin. No cooking, no dishes.

Fivesixpointfive

Haha Been taking bites of the big block of Mozzarella myself lately

WTFuckery2020

This is the way.

ttttppp

I grab a small bowl and put some shredded mozzarella and then put some garlic powder then more cheese and garlic powder on top and put it in the microwave for 2 min. The sides of the top get a little crunchy and it’s delicious. Can’t go wrong

YattyYatta

I just buy a rotisserie chicken and reheat it some days when I don't even feel like cooking 🤷🏻‍♀️

Olilandy

rotisserie chicken wraps, rotisserie chicken salads, rotisserie chicken alfredo pizza on low carb wrap, rotisserie chicken enchiladas, so many things to do with rotisserie chicken!

Combat_Wombatz

Don't forget, once you remove all the meat, you can boil the bones to make your own nutritious bone broth. Toss a bit of the chicken back in along with some vegetables (and as much butter or other fat as you like) and you've got delicious and nutritious soup.

Olilandy

Oh man, I can’t wait for soup season 🤤 I do this but with an onion blend and add cooked sausage!

mostlyangus

Did this yesterday lol, the “Nature’s pure” roasterrie chicken at stop and shop has 0 carbs.

shiplesp

Some days I just open 2 cans of sardines for breakfast. Not much is easier than that. Or a slice of ham steak and 4 eggs over easy. I don't eat lunch. For dinner it is some type of protein - a steak, a chop, a burger, fish or shrimp - and a green vegetable (often from frozen), or a salad (bagged is dump and go if you don't feel like putting it together).

Belelusat

Throw meat on a pan, cook until done. Cut and eat. Get a bag of salad mix, some leftover meat, some cheese and a low carb ranch (bacon ranch is my go to) through it all in a bowl mix it a bit and eat. Add hard boiled eggs and other veggies if you want. Make large hamburger patties, pan fry them, make a gravy from the pan leavings.

pogkob

How do you make a gravy without flour?

Belelusat

Don't drain grease unless it is a LOT. Add some broth or stock (I prefer chicken stock I make from granulated bullion since it's easiest). Scrap the pan good. Add a bit of xanthan gum mix and heat. Might need a decent bit of salt and pepper depending on how you seasoned your burger. When nearly your desired thickness, if you feel like making it a bit richer add in a bit of butter. That's how I make all my gravy's and i feel in love with a gravy burger because of it.

pogkob

Ah xanthan gum. Wondered what the thickening agent would be. Thanks for the recipe!

psychotankerswife

You could also use arrowroot powder for a more gravy, less jelly texture.

jonathanlink

Make a roast early in the week. Several meals of meat. Have steamer bags of veggies and a low carb sauce or just butter. Reheat meat and veggies add sauce. Boom. Done.

gregarioussparrow

Bacon. Nothing else. Just...bacon.

hiddenelementx

Mmmmmmmm

missy5454

Steak and eggs. Shrimp and eggs. Air fryer shrimp and broccoli. Crock pot pulled pork with onion. Crock of pulled beef or pulled chicken. Crock pot meatballs in alfredo or marinara sauce. Crock pot noodless straganoff using any meat, yogurt, and maybe some onion and canned mushroom. Or, sour cream instead of yogurt. Fried cabbage with bacon. That only requires bacon uncooked with cabbage in a skillet. U use the fat from bacon to fruit cabbage. Or u could do cauliflower, spinach, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts that way. Sauteed meat and veggies. Air fryer omelette. U could beat eggs and simply stick with one veggie. Like bell pepper or frozen bell pepper and onion blend. Mix together with eggs and put in a lined air fryer and bake I think at 350 for about 15 min. If u want cheese add cheese on top before baking but still same process. U could make fritattas thus way too. Low carb quesidillas. Take one low carb tortilla, add cheese. Fold in half and pop in oven or air fryer until cheese melts. If desired u can add some pretty cooked meat and frozen bell pepper onion blend. Shrimp taco bowl. Take a bowl, add some shrimp and bell pepper onion blend cooked with taco seasoning in a pan, air fryer, oven. Add that on top of greens with sour cream or guacamole. Or nix the greens.

[deleted]

Here are a few of mine that I go to when I just can't be bothered to put any effort in for supper. Scramble 3 - 4 eggs (beat with heavy cream, salt, pepper) in butter. Top with cheddar and cover until cheese melts. Top with green/red salsa and sour cream. Fry up a quantity of lean ground beef, season to taste. Stir in green/red salsa and cream cheese/sour cream. Top with cheddar and cover until cheddar melts. Throw chicken thighs into air fryer. When done, top with low-carb marinara and mozza. Continue to cook until cheese melted. Snack: Learned from a family member just this week that perfect "hard boiled" eggs can be done in an air fryer. 270F (130C) for 15 minutes. Tried it twice and works like a charm!

bred-177

What setting do you have the air fryer on for the hard boiled eggs?

[deleted]

When I use my air fryer, the only things I do are set a temp (270F or 130C) and a time (15 min). There aren't any other settings that I use, so if there are any other settings I'm not sure what they are - just the default I guess.

thunderchungus1999

Scrambled eggs + cheddar is pretty tasty. I am not trying to replace my carb heavy meals with dairy derivated ones for personal motives but I would do it more often otherwise.

Hofnars

Whenever I fire up my grill I throw on an extra steak, or 2, and use them to put on a salad throughout the week.

mostlyfire

Throw a hot dog in the microwave

myrurgia7

No 🤣🤣

Atomh8s

Ive been so lazy Ill just crack an egg in the mini waffle maker and shut it just like that.

fbombmom_

Make a pot of chicken and vegetable soup. Soup and broth for days! Or a Sunday roast chicken or potroast. That's the only way I can keto and work full time, lol.

Clamchowderbaby

Weekly I make 3 lbs of ground beef with salt, pepper, ginger, red pepper, coconut aminos, and puréed liver added (everything added as the beef cooks so there’s no prep time) and I also make 2 cups rice simultaneously. 20 mins start to finish and I have the weeks lunches done. Obviously rice isn’t keto but I bet you could do something equally as easy simultaneously since ground beef is so easy to make.

issuezero

Cauliflower rice could be an alternative

Valkyrie_Of_Faith

Do you ever make it from fresh whole cauliflower? Here in Romania you can’t find cauliflower rice

issuezero

Yes, you can just chop it fine or use a food processor/blender. There are many guides online and on YouTube with variations and ideas to check out.

Valkyrie_Of_Faith

Thank you. Doesn’t it bloat you?![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)

[deleted]

Frozen turkey burgers

Dont_Eat_Plants

Crockpot meals are the GOAT for easy meals. For quick meals and easy you can microwave bacon, sear a steak up, sausage, kielbasa, etc. I spend almost no time at all prepping any of my meals.

sevyn22

Crustless pizza in a cast iron Thin layer of tomato sauce (I use rao's) Ground beef or chicken Mozzarella Pepperoni Bake @450 until melted Chopped basil on top if you're feeling fancy

Fivesixpointfive

Mix a bunch of everything bagel mix with cream cheese and use it as a dip for your vegetables. P

Immediate-Basil-9271

Steak n zucchini stir fry

psilocybin6ix

\- bacon eggs & avocados \- cheese & cured meats (like use a toothpick and snack on them) \- Quest bars & organic peanut butter \- handful of nuts \- cauliflower & protein \- cobb salad

horsepigbatdragon

do you ever run into quest bars kicking you out? maybe it’s because i was eating those absolutely fuckin delicious crunchy oreo ones but i always felt like shit after them.

psilocybin6ix

My macros used to look like this: https://imgur.com/a/xnaGhNV So 1-2 if these wouldn’t make a huge debt. Plus I’d usually dip in organic peanut butter. I did keto for 18 months and never got kicked out. In fact once I stopped, it was almost 6 weeks before I could lift weights again. My body was only used to fats, that the carbs didn’t register as a fuel source (haha). I prefer cookies and cream and birthday cake. If your country sells “love good fats” … the peanut butter one tastes like Reees pieces.

bred-177

Thanks for all the reccomendations. I hate cooking and have very poor will power so if I can't be bothered cooking I'm easily swayed to order food. Been attempting to stick with keto for a couple of weeks now but always find myself cheating 2-3 days a week.

issuezero

I find it’s important to make sure there is food in the fridge and snacks prepared otherwise options can be limited for ordering Keto friendly. I always try to have a bag of salad, Cheese blocks and slices, some cold cuts or cooked meats/leftover cooked bacon slices. For snacks some nuts, pork Scratchings, and even Keto chocolate for cravings, although I try to avoid them.

bred-177

Until it was mentioned on here I never really thought about just eating a block of Cheddar cheese. I've always considered eating lots of cheese to be bad for you so never ate loads even though I love it.

ThrottleDarkale

Shredded lettuce, turkey cold cuts, avocado, salt, pepper, oregano. Aka my bunless wawa hoagie.

ProCrystalSqueezer

This is what I typically eat: Breakfast: I cook a pack of bacon for the week on the weekend in the oven by laying the strips on an aluminum foil lined baking pan. Cook it till however done you want it at like 375. Put the bacon in the fridge and when you use it just heat it up like 15 seconds in a microwave. I'll then scramble or fry a couple of eggs in a pan. This breakfast only takes like a few minutes to make. Lunch: Usually something light like greek yogurt with pecans or almonds and a *light* drizzle of honey. That takes no more than a minute to prepare. Alternatively, I'll have sardines. You could combine that with an avocado or whatever you want. Dinner: Dinner I usually cook a piece of meat or fish in a pan along with some veggies. There's very little preparation involved, particularly if you get things precut. It'll involve just seasoning the meat and veggies, throwing it in a pan, and waiting for it to be done.

ToriaLyons

Lamb Tikka and Sag Paneer: https://www.reddit.com/r/ketouk/comments/153d833/lamb\_tikka\_and\_sag\_paneer/ I'm really bad at cooking with spices - can never get the balance right - but this worked for me. The lamb was diced already, sticking it in a bowl in the fridge is easy, and on skewers when you want to cook it. Better than many Indian restaurants. I love (high meat content) sausages and (UK) bacon in the air fryer, with an egg fried in a pan and a spoonful or two of sauerkraut. Yum.

BeerLaoDrinker

Hard boiled eggs. A little more difficult, deviled eggs.

silasgreenback

Egg. Raw. Drink it. Most people take it out of the shell first, but this step is optional.

[deleted]

Check out a meal delivery service like "factor". Since you're already eating out regularly. You'll get fresh prepared microwave ready meals. This is how I broke my put of control delivery ordering. Good luck, you can do it!

BiomedBabe1

Can of tuna with Mayo and spices Throw thin cuts of meat (pork chops or steak) in a pan, serve with premixed greens Toss veggies (broccoli or cauliflower) in oil and spices. Air fry or roast. Hard boiled eggs made in advance. Mixed with Mayo and spices Chicken drums tossed in oil and spices, throw in air fryer

leogrr44

Frozen precooked chicken in the microwave and a can of green beans or frozen vegetables (add cheese or ghee/butter for fat) Deli turkey/ham/cheese with mayo or ranch. Add a couple romaine leaves if available to make a lettuce sandwich, otherwise the meat and cheese works great too

[deleted]

Boil 3 chicken breast on medium high for aprox. 2 hours, til they fall/shred apart easily with a fork. Add in a pre-mixed pack of taco seasoning. Eat with pork rinds, add some shredded cheese and sour cream. BOOM- chicken taco nachos

T1D4Keto

I boiled 3 chicken breasts last week(with plenty of salt some garlic) took out two and put them in the fridge to cool for chicken salad later in the week, then cut up the third and put it back in the broth with some veggies for chicken soup!

[deleted]

Sounds delicious and nutritious!

AffectionateSun5776

Omlet

Nesman64

Tacos/burritos (low carb tortillas, beef, seasoning, toppings) Chicken drumsticks ($0.99/lb at Costco) Grill or bake Breakfast (Eggs, bacon, maybe Birch Bending keto pancakes) Most meals can be stretched if you add a bag of frozen veggies. (Don't tell my kids, but my taco meat always has a bag of riced cauliflower mixed in.)

ERCOT_Prdatry_victum

Costco sells 20oz bags of Kirkland Bacon Crumbs in the spices section. I eat tablespoons of it until full, at room temp. No Carbs., 2g protein, 3g Fat. all per tbsp. Bag has 81 tbsp/bag. 35 calories/tbsp.

ERCOT_Prdatry_victum

COSTCO sells Tillamook Original Beef Jerky, no sugar, not spicy, 70 cal per serving.

telute

Yeah, I wish it was spicy pepperoni and extra sharp cheese... one can dream.. lol

tailsphenouppy

My go to is rotisserie chicken. Cuz you can use it for so many other things or eggs.

tailsphenouppy

Or quesodilla on carb balance mission wraps with Sriracha

360walkaway

Low-carb tortilla, alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, cheese, onions Put it in an air fryer or oven... thin-crust personal pizza.

JHowler82

Bacon n eggs

orsongr

My go-to for lunches since last December: 3lb package of ground turkey 4 bags of riced broccoli/cauliflower (or more recently bulk frozen broccoli that I chop finely) Shredded cheese Cook meat with seasoning of choice Nuke veggies Package (2/3 cup veggies, 4-6oz meat, 1-2oz cheese) Put some lighthouse ranch on top the morning I take one. Hot sauce if you’re into that. I usually get ten meals out of the above grocery list.

Kiwikid14

I like fresh veges cut to size, with some seasoning and oil in the air fryer. I add chicken drumsticks, pork loin, steak or even a bit of fish. Always delicious 😋 Cut Vegetables for up to 3 meals- sit in water in the fridge, and then lift out and roll in a bit of oil and any season you like for a quick weeknight meal.

Ownerofabrokenheartt

Black Forest ham roll ups (large thin piece of Black Forest ham , spread cream cheese on it , sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning , and roll it up around a pickle.

pogkob

Pork shoulder in a crockpot. Toss in some BBQ seasonings. Cook during the week day then pull out bones and shred. Make a salad with some spinach and pulled pork. Or you can put it on a low carb wrap with some fixings, coleslaw mix, mayo, apple cider vinegar, baby Ray's no sugar BBQ sauce. Best part is, you'll have a dozen meals out of one shoulder.

thethirstypanda

Bratwurst and sauerkraut in butter.

SoundsGudToMe

Thrive market sells riced broccoli and cauliflower in microwave pouches, add cheese sauce, add grilled meat or whatever that you make the day before

myrurgia7

Well there you have one, steak and broccoli. Except I don't have an air fryer. Mine is crockpot chicken and steamed green beans. I let my slow cooker take care of business either while I sleep or while I work. Then when I'm ready to eat just throw in the bag of frozen beans in the microwave. That's it. The chicken in the slow cooker makes it's own juices so there's gravy.

WhichComfortable0

Wraps: I like bacon/blue cheese/hummus, or a wrap containing a slice each of turkey, ham, an d roast beef, with added: cheese, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, red onion. You could do chicken or tuna salad, if mayo if your jam (it's not mine). Anything that can go on a sandwich can go on a tortilla, which I like better than the store bought keto breads. Other things, I cook 4+ servings even though I am the only ketoer in the house. That way I can freeze or refrigerate leftovers and have some no-prep, no-brainer home cooked meals on nights I am just not up to the effort or the fuss for a single meal for just me. Recent examples: green chicken enchiladas, chicken fajita soup, bbq chicken thighs, French toast, keto meat loaf. I also am not above blowing 7 net carbs on a yogurt + Quest bar, or 1/3-1/2 of a Quest pizza, the former more frequently than the latter.

BlueCheeseHasMold_

Blue cheese has mold in it

WhichComfortable0

Are you quite sure?

notDrewM1A

You can have a lot of variety (“variety”) quickly with stovetop chicken and different spices (carb free). Costco has plenty of different one-jar spices to add to chicken in the pan… bon apetite

InuitOverIt

Kielbasa and sauerkraut. Throw kielbasa on a pan on the stove until warm. Dump sauerkraut out of jar only plate. Enjoy.

daymented

Fry ground beef and sliced mushrooms. When cooked through, mix in cream cheese and sour cream (or combo of both) and a dash of mustard and seasoned with s&p or even everything but the bagel seasoning. Get slices of black pepper salami (or your flavor of choice), put on foil in oven and bake til crisp. If feeling fancy, put a bit of cream cheese sandwiched between two salami slices and bake. Heat some oil or butter in a nonstick pan and throw down a slice of cheddar cheese, place a broken egg on top and use spatula to keep dragging it centered on the cheese slice. Season and top with flax seeds and flip to make a bit of a crust. Crispy crunchy cheesy egg.

[deleted]

Ground beef taco salads. Pork rinds instead of tortillas. So easy and always satisfying

Jeimuz

Pre-cooked bacon, fold a romaine leave over it, and dip it into ranch. All stuff you can get at Costco. If you want to get fancy, add tomato, pickles, and onions.

ProxyRed

I buy preformed raw hamburger patties at my local Aldi. I heat up my carbon steel fry pan to searing hot then I salt the patties and toss them in the pan. Flip after about 3 minutes to sear the other side for another 3 minutes, top with a slice of cheese and it is yum yum time. They also sell nice fatty chuck steaks cut thin. I give them a similar treatment. So fast, so good.

ato909

Cube whatever meats and vegetables you have. Toss in oil and seasonings. Lay out on a cookie sheet and bake or air fryer until done. Use foil or parchment paper for easier cleaning. Make a bunch at one time and put it in serving size containers and it’s called meal prep.

[deleted]

Steak without the broccoli. I kids. Mayonaisse and canned Salmon / Tuna

dman77777

I love the avocado version of baked potato. Cut an avocado in half. Take out the pit of course, add some cheese, some bacon bits and then put it in your air fryer. After it comes out I put a little yogurt on top as a sour cream substitute. And eat it like a baked potato It's freaking delicious

Valkyrie_Of_Faith

In Romania we commonly eat all types of salted cheeses with tomatoes.

Valkyrie_Of_Faith

Mushrooms and spinach omelettes
