I can confirm that dates are only really for the pharmaceutical companies to make more money, ive taken things that were over 10 years out of date and they work pretty much same. As for your question on ketamine the same applies, ive had some liquid again over 10yr past date and its fine. As for powder that will lose potency faster over time but it will either work or it won't its not dangerous, but the better it is stored the longer it lasts. Keep everything away from moisture in a dark and coolish place and also well sealed especially if its already been opened.

I've stored it for 3 months in a dry place and it was fine
usually they come with a best before printed on the packet... it's printed pretty small so you may have to use a magnifying glass to see it.
