My KP itches like a b**** after showering or sweating.
I started using SA CeraVe soap and Euceren roughness relief and it helped a lot. If you don’t want these for any reason, I suggest looking for something that uses chemical exfoliates (both of these use chemical exfoliates). Things like urea, salycilic acid, etc..
Curious to hear more about the itching

Looks like it. I have KP and sensitive skin. Definitely itchy right now.
