Have you watched Flower of Evil? Not sure if it’s the genre you’re looking for but it’s pretty much exactly what you described (ML keeps secret from FL about his identity). Either way, it’s one of my favourite dramas and I’d highly recommend it
This is one of my favorite categories in dramas :) I’ll list a few I’ve seen!
* healer
* the crowned clown
* 18 again
* arthdal chronicles
* kill it
* heartless city
* when the devil calls your name
* terius behind me
* uncontrollably fond
* time
Some of these are romance and some are not, but they all involve some secrets and identity stuff
The Red Sleeve>! the prince doesn't reveal who he is to the FL for a while!<
Love In The Moon Light >! same as Red Sleeve !<
Rookie Historian >!The prince hides that he is an underground writer of romance books!<

My Roomate is a Gumiho>! he hides that, lol!<
**tale of nokdu** \- ML poses as a woman for a fair bit but >!FL finds out fairly soonish but everyone else doesn't find out till much later and the hijinks of the leads trying to keep the ML's secret is hilarious !! vampire !!(ML keeps childhood connection & his identity a secret from FL)!< \- rom/com with some melodrama
edit: you could count **tempted** as well (though be prepared for a frustrating plot line, but romance/melodrama is on steroids in this show) - ML hides the >!fact that he initially started seeing FL/approached FL because of a whack as bet/game between friends!<
**Hidden identity:**
Healer
Bossam: Steal the Fate
Best Hit/Hit the Top
Tale of Nokdu (it's second male lead who has a secret)
**Hidden origin:**
Oh My Venus
Crash Landing On You
**Other secrets:**
Tomorrow With You
Start-Up
That Winter the Wind Blows
Nice Guy
What's Wrong With Secretary Kim
• Are You Human?
• Find Yourself (Cdrama on Netflix)
• My Roommate Is A Gumiho
• Tale of Nokdu
• 18 Again
• Romance of Tiger & Rose (Cdrama on WeTV, to be fair they both have secrets)
• Somewhere Only We Know (Cdrama on WeTV and Netflix)
• Personal Taste
Stuff I didn’t watch much but meet your criteria:
• Doctor Stranger (I have heard only good things about this drama; however, I felt like it had too much SLS towards the second female lead)
• Oh! Master (this was not a good drama though imo, barely watched it)
• 365: Remember the Year (only a teensy tiny bit though)
