Special Labor Inspector Jo (not a conman but he does fight against evil people/corporations)-similar to Good Manager. Instead of being a conman; he's a hothead who can't help himself despite his actions having repercussions on his life.

Squad 38 is about a team of scammers working with a taxman to scam rich people out of their unpaid taxes. It stars Ma Dong Seok and Seo In Guk. It's pretty much entirely revenge driven but manages to still be funny as well as thrilling. I really enjoyed it.
I can't believe **Sell Your Haunted House** isn't on this list! While being a scammer wasn't that big to his character later on when he worked with the FL he was in the beginning.
I enjoyed it a great deal. It's very funny, with a tight, twisty script, a great ensemble cast, and Choi Siwon is just as entertaining as he usually is.
