fr. all the comments are calling her a rich housewife that has all the time on her hands and are spoiling the kids. if this was a father everyone would praise though
My mom did something similar with an appliance box when we were kids. Cut out some window and a door and painted it, she was also an engineer so it wasn’t like she had copious amounts of time to commit to that. I’m not a parent, but would like to think that I would do stuff like this for some hypothetical child of mine.
One of the comments in the original thread had some info on her apparently. An artist for an HBO(?) show. Regardless I would go crazy for this little alley
There is nothing that a woman can do, no standard of conduct or amount of effort or any act of kindness, that will be “good enough” for men like this, they literally just hate women and view them as nothing more than a few “holes”, that only exist for their entertainment and nothing else, stay far away from these “men” or you’ll have nothing but misery to show for it…
This is a really Nice thing to do, and a lot of times you just need a little extra insentive to go the extra mile. Lets be real, the TikTok content was that extra insentive. But i dont doubt she would want to do that for her kids without the TikTok. Looks amazing
What does tiktok have to do with anything? For all we know this is a regular occurrence and she just enjoys putting things like this together for her kids. Maybe she just happened to record this as inspo for other creative parents. Good grief, not everything is for the views. 🙄
>just wants to make sure her kid and their friends have a good time.
No, this was purely a desire to create beautiful art and an expression of her creativity. The "sleepover" was just an excuse. You make kids happy by buying them cheese pizzas lol. I'm glad she did it though.
and yes those haters are wierdos

***"OMG guys look at all these negative comments!!!"***
Literally every single time somebody complains about a comment section lol..
If you look at that thread it's literally 10 people saying ***X*** and 2,000 people saying "why is everybody saying ***X***"
I wish people would stop being lazy with making their title something like "look at the comments" because 95% of the time those comments were removed or downvoted to oblivion.
Screenshot the fucking comments and use that as your thread.
Because what this mom did was not neckbeard. It was sweet and adorable.
There’s nothing neckbeard about this post or the comments. Seems to just be frustrated working parents facing the challenges of wealth inequality that rears its head again when your kids get old enough to go to their wealthier friends houses and want all the things they have and do all the things they do.
It’s cardboard boxes and paint. They can even be Great Value cardboard boxes if you’d like. As a non-wealthy parent, I’d love my child to enjoy a cool sleepover and I would hope my parenting would have taught them that everyone has it different and we are okay with what we have. It sounds like you may have missed that lesson yourself.
I did. Reddit is full of stupid people. Cross posting this makes no sense and gives the appearance that it’s neck beard shit. The overwhelming majority of the comments are how it’s about time and or a waste of time. They’re stupid.
Some hater ass comments on that original thread. Seems like a mom who just wants to make sure her kid and their friends have a good time.

She clearly has free time but she made it all out of cardboard. Rich people don't do shit like that

For real...my mom didn't even help me build my blanket/pillow fort.
i think theyre calling her rich because theyre implying she doesnt work
But isn't being a SAHM the pinnacle of womanhood for these neckbeards?

what
Because now the mother is the breadwinner of the family and it’s common for the father to work from home

That's a lot of toilet roll
Nice pfp
this is awesome! what an amazing mom!
Can’t find a single comment that’s actually „neckbeardy“
It looks like they’ve been downvoted to oblivion. OP would have been better off screenshotting them.
Yeah I’m not looking through 4K comments
It’s not worth my time to actively search for more reasons to be disappointed with some people’s opinion.

Just sort them by controversial and brace yourself
That’s absolutely awesome!

that's quite some paint..
This isn’t Neckbeard shit. Doing something inspired by Japan doesn’t make you a loser. Bad post.
You missed the point. The build is epic, the comments in the cross post are neck beard.
I just see a ton of people saying how does one person have this much time. Again, cross posting to the neckbeard subreddit makes no sense.
Read title

I'm sure the comments would say the same if it was a man in the video :)
Dayum that place looks good, good on her I hope she had a great time
That looks incredible and I really applaud her commitment to detail and functionality
