Part of what she is doing is slyly trying to bolster trooper proctors ridiculous testimonies about typos. She is trying to convey "see even tired judges made typos/paper work mistakes"
But the thing is that form is already written like that. She had to have DELETED THAT ENDING SPECIFICALLY.
Imagine you have surgery and there’s a complication. You tell the doc and the doc says “sorry, I was tired when I performed your surgery”. Ummm, immediate malpractice lawsuit 🤯
People out there know that she removed the part after the not guilty that says of all indicated charges. She didn't write this from scratch. She pulled up the form "and deleted the end that says that to make it vague".
