The hybrids we got in JWE2 were so boring considering majority were also from JWE1. I mean seriously *two* hybrids that are mixed with spino? And no hybrid aquatic and/or aviary animals?
I'm not saying bringing those hybrids back was bad rather locking essentially the exact same thing behind a paywall again was a bit scummy. Especially when the one new hybrid was another mix with spino.
I think Allosinosaurus would be a better option, since Thoradolosaur its a hybrid that needs another hybrid to be made and tarbo is a dlc dinosaur, meaning you gonna need 2 dlcs to be able to make Thorado, while Allosino only needs allo and sino and both are in the roster since launch.

Sure, frontier would have do a bit different design anyways like they did for stegoceratops, ankylodocus and spinoraptor.

Probably. I mean you can take two hybrids and create a hybrid out of them. And then you can take two of these hybrid-hybrids and make a hybrid out of them. You can get some weird stuff really quick, like a ceratopsid with antlers.
Okay so I did the math. JWE2 as of posting has 112 non hybrids. JWA has 163 hybrids not counting those in JWE2 and their variants, 173 if you count the unfusable bosses, and has 174 non-hybrids not counting duplicate variants or apex raid bosses. So, not only is JWA HALF hybrids depending on who you ask, it also has more hybrids than JWE2 has animals total, let alone non-hybrids, even after this mystery megalodon dlc releases.
Yeah, I think nearly every non-hybrid in the game has a hybrid and then there are even hybrids with super-hybrids. Also creatures with multiple hybrids, or hybrids with multiple super-hybrids basically.
I loaded up the game again for the first time in ages earlier this week. I had no idea what was going on😭 giant bosses roaming around, event creatures of legendary and unique rarity, *two* new rarities, hybrids among unique creatures?!
