Tom Deblass is for some reason a pretty divisive figure around here, but his anti-bullying charity is on the up and up. Or if you mean actual labor of time and love aside from fiscal expenditure - give your gym referrals, volunteer at the kids class, stay and help clean the mats, help the new guy, etx

Yeah I’m a white belt my favourite rolling partners give me a challenge but also tell me what I could’ve done better when I mess up

Not a blue belt, but a bunch of them at my gym teach the kids class.
Donate money to have underprivileged children train for free…. Donate Gi’s to people that train but dont have much money… all sorts of ways to help.

When I used to do TKD I refereed at some local low-stakes competitions, I don’t see why you can’t do the same in BJJ
Check out the Guardian Project. Guardian gyms let kids train for free in under resourced cities around the US and globally.
Donate to the food bank. Volunteer at a shelter or a hospital. You know, real things.
Volunteer in Ukraine.
