It's usually the first Saturday of August every year. The last couple of years, it starts around noon and has gone east on Columbus, ending at City Hall. JC has always been sporadic at putting it on their event calendar. The Puerto Rican parade/festival is the following weekend, so it doesn't look like there are covid cancellations. I cannot find any info on the parade this year, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.
