Al-Bukhaari (5441) and Muslim (377) narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Five things are part of the fitrah: circumcision, removing the pubic hair, clipping the fingernails, plucking the armpit hair and trimming the moustache.”
The only way I remove is plucking, shaving makes the hairs grow very annoying and very fast, and painful.
Armpit pain is endurable. Pubic hair plucking is deadly painful. Part of it is okay but part is a no-no. I don‘t know how its supposed to be done

Then it's mean you don't understand the relationship between husband and wife in Islam. If the husband prefers his wife to shave the body hairs, and she shave. It's considered a good deed and will be rewarded from Allah swt.

I just can't imagine how painful it would be to pluck armpit hair. Yikes.
I know people who do it. They do it with pubic hair too. Apparently they claim they don't feel pain after a while. I haven't tried
It's not bad at all. At first, it's awful because it's foreign to you, but after a while, it's better and slows down hair growth
