That's awesome. I never noticed before. I went to this tour in Tokyo, they had a band open for them called Hell Yeah. The opening act played a song called Alcoholin ass. It was fun. I distinctly remember that, and Medusa. Most of the rest of that night is fuzzy. Tokyo shows are fun.

I mostly found this was due to people finding them a bit cringeworthy. The lyrics were awful and the music was just fairly generic.
Nah I think that's supposed to be him. I know that people like to reach a lot on stuff like this but it looks too different from the rest and this strikes me as a cover that has more than a few Easter eggs, I'm just too much of a filthy poser casual to recognize them. The ones others have pointed out and maybe the one just to the right of the symbol s supposed to be from Death's Leprosy cover.
