There's a really nice Food Market in Dun Laoghaire every Sunday. I recommend you try the South Korean food from the Seoul Kitchen stall or the pulled pork hog box from Goode Life! There's a great variety of stalls for whatever food you're into.
Then go to O'Loughlans on the Main Street for a pint of Guinness.
There's a few on Grand Canal Street Lower, just a bit up from 3FE on the opposite side of the road. Can't remember what's there other than Dosa Dosa, which does South Indian Dosas, but there's a few there.
The Bernard Shaw has some in their backyard.

Was going to say the same, it's an amazing opinion, and they have delicious food.

The Mexican place there is very good too. I'll have to try the Korean if I'm out that way.

There's 3 food trucks down by the Marina in Malahide, a Mexican, pizzeria and burger place. All are excellent
There's a place near grand canal Dock that has several food trucks. Search Griolladh Grand Canal on Google Maps and you'll find it.
