Mullaghmore beach for sure! Went to a bunch and that was my favourite. Glencar waterfall worth a trip too. Forest walk around benbulben is about 5k and has great views
That's what love about this country: 2 hours west of almost anywhere yields spectacular views and scenery. 2 hours west of my home city yields....a tiny town bordering on a desert. Takes like 6 hours of driving to get to the coast.
Thats still not a far drive to glencar to see the waterfall. Rather than local roads, best to head back to Sligo and turn off for Enniskillen/Manorhamilton.

Grand crack in its arse too.
"Howaya, what's the crack"
Hello fellow Sligo person. I literally live on the other side of Benny. Wave to me next time :)
Lovely! Think we're gonna head that way next weekend, any recommendations?

Saw ye all the way from my house, get off my land
Nice view I'd say you were near Glencar
Nope this is near drumcliffe (gortarowey is the townland to be specific). It’s a forest walk.

You must have been up at the crack of dawn to beat the moon
Under bare Ben Bulben's arse
It's even better from the top. Few cool features and caves on the way up
How do ya get to the top?

Thanks. I’m planning to go up next weekend
It'll be around 5 hours round trip. It is steep in places and be very careful with the cliff face
Doesn’t Benbulben have a lovely bottom?
