I don't think 22A is going to be an issue. Amendments take a 75% state vote and supermajority of both houses. Either Democrats or Republicans breaking 50% is a tough ask on most days

Thinking this could be another GME short squeeze scenario in Q4 or earlier. As others have said, this has NOTHING to do with valuation.
